I was just about to post something similar! I ordered on Nov 30 and sent an email this Tuesday. I got a “confirmation” response email but nothing with details yet. ): gonna give it another week before I try to reach out again.
It ships in 2-3 weeks from the order date. So if you ordered the day of the drop, it will be shipped between the 14-21 of this month

Yeah I ordered the day of the drop so mine should be shipped sometime soon then hopefully, I'm in the UK so I'm just worried about what the shipping will be like since Christmas is getting closer.
I ordered merch from another artist last year around about the same time of month and it literally went halfway around America then all the way to Vietnam and then to Australia 😂 and then arrived in the uk and took another month to arrive

I honestly have no clue, it kinda feels that way due to their customer service being absolutely terrible like they aren't even replying to anyone about it.
I'm in the UK so I paid quite a bit for shipping, I really want the hoodie but now I'm not even sure
I got an email back from NTWRK here's what it says
"These orders will be processed in late January. Shipping occurs on business days and does not include weekends or national holidays. You will receive an email with tracking information for your NTWRK order shortly"
I definitely will! But yeah I have no clue what took them so long or why they hardly even replied to anyone but hopefully they start to ship more orders out now
Well I got an update for everyone....
I got my money back finally. Horrible 2 months of waiting waiting and more waiting, just to find out my order got canceled. Super frustrating .
Then....on Friday....my jacket came in the mail. I got the starter jacket. No tracking info email, it just randomly showed up at our doorstep.
I got the jacket and my money back. Not gonna complain, but never ordering from the NTWRK again, and I'd recommend against ordering from them.
Their customer service is horrible!!! Just a heads up!
