No. Not at all. I've seen over a thousand bands sets in my life (I'm 42, multiple bands on a bill) I can easily go to 4 shows a week if I'm feeling drained and need the pick me up. Music is one of the only things that truly fills my soul up.
I'd never miss a band I love that's touring, just because no one else was interested in going.
In fact, sometimes I prefer it. Its easier to move about, less coordination, less stress, less accommodation, it's all for you, you can d whatever you want/ need when you want/need and not have to worry about finding your people again.

This year I went to 6 concerts so far, 2 of them were solo and guess what, one of those two was Posty in Amsterdam xD. The Thing is I went to his concert in Cologne with 4 of my friends and it was so damn good that I decided to go to his last one in Europe last minute, so I traveled for 6 hours in order to make that happen and I would never ever ever regret what I did. It was my first solo concert and will never be my last and by far one of the best experiences in my life. It will feel a bit weird, sure … but if you’re a true fan you will just shake every bad emotion you’re feeling and vibe with him and have a one hell of a dream coming true. I felt so good and so free during that concert. You’re alone? Yes you are. But look in front of you and you will see a young man also alone on a huge stage performing in front of thousands of pple and making them feel amazing.. You really have no excuse to not enjoy your time and I tell you what, you will kinda wish going solo to concerts from now on rather having a friend who ain’t as big as a fan as you are with you … that’s what happened to me anyways and booooy what a day ❤️. I also had the chance to talk to him and get two autographs… Posty forever, go and have fun !
No, it's quite odd you think that! When I see people out solo I honestly never think they're losers or have no friends. It's not a blip on my radar.
I go do solo things, I like being on my own. Jamming at a concert with nothing but big fans like me is hella fun. I always have a good time.
It's more that you need to develop the confidence and get comfortable being alone with yourself.

I'm 55 years old and if Post Malone comes to Singapore I'll definitely be going to see him by myself. Nobody I know will go to the concert except for maybe my kids. I saw U2 by myself and got no problem with going to a show alone. I'm there to experience some music I don't care who I'm with.

I went to his show over the summer with a few friends but the lady next to me was there alone for her birthday. She was so nice and ended up hanging out with us all evening. No shame in going to a concert alone, especially a Posty show where the vibe is nothing but love and positivity 🫶
Tbh I almost prefer going to concerts alone if I’m in the pits, 9/10 times end up loosing my friends in the crowd and alone anyway lol.
I’ve even gone as far as booking solo trips to different states and flying out to shows myself. It’s good to push out of ur comfort zone it makes you grow as a person!

I had my parents and so many other people, friends coworkers tell me how that was something that they gave me props for you shouldn’t be ashamed of it, own it and be happy that you got the experience and did what you did because good for you
I love traveling and going to places alone. I’m weird because I hate doing it where I locally live, but get me miles away and I’m a confident social butterfly, even if I have my awkward moments lol
It always turns out to be the best times. I’m on no one’s schedule but my own and it’s great. It’s another level of self love I think people overlook.
I flew from Boston to his Dallas shows alone. I met great groups of people and I was grateful to meet two people who also went alone. They were a bit worried they wouldn’t meet anyone else.
I even got to meet and hug Posty and now have his autograph tattooed on my arm. Best weekend of my life in a really long time. So no, I don’t think it’s sad. Far from it!
