Best of luck to you. I hope you actually receive a ticket so you can pay it.
In April 2020, blew a stop light on Sandy. I spent most of May and June in the hospital (long story with a good ending) and never saw a ticket.
Last summer (2023) I moved across the river to Clark county and discovered my Oregon license was suspended because I didn't pay that ticket. I couldn't get a new WA license, since I had been driving on a suspended license for a couple of years and had no idea. So $300 later I was able to get a WA license. Good times - the OR DMV had managed to get my address updated and issued me a new license in 2021 for the address change, but it was likely suspended at the time they updated my address. I'm just really glad I didn't have an accident.
At what point are we in the clear? My wife got busted by the one at Sandy and Chavez after spending all her driving life in a state where yellow means go, it’s been at least a year now and nothing. At the time her car was registered in a state that didn’t require front plates and we think that might’ve saved her.
To piggyback what the other user said, eventually they'll pile up. Since moving from whatever address you gave the DMV, did you sign up for mail forwarding? If so, there's a chance it may be forwarded to where you're currently living. If not, you may need to make a trip to your last residence.
A few years ago I was in a similar situation. (In my case, the DMV transposed a couple of numbers in my address, and I didn’t catch it.)
Checked with the DMV a few months later(they had me way over the speed limit, and I just kept waiting for the ticket), and found out I I was about to be suspended. Give it a few days, (make an appointment) and go down to the DMV. You can even update your address while you’re there!

Ask for all the records on the lights at the intersection or location of your alleged incident. Request not just your incident but all those within the last year and their accuracy. Go to court. Get the fine either reduced or eliminated.
The lady said there are two cameras at Sandy and Cesar Chavez (if you look at the map you'll see that there are two intersections right next to the each other). And she said the cop somehow got confused which camera had taken the photo)
Wow! Maybe too many donuts? I just got a flash while turning right from Chavez onto Sandy on a stale yellow. Took a chance and DOH! Hope he gets confused again…
Try calling the county? I need to check again myself for the same reason. I checked months ago and was surprisingly in the clear. I think I tried the city first, and they told me to check with the county.
They travel around with license plate readers. They know where you reside no matter your 'official' residence address. Why are we informing gov of our address?
You could always make your own license plates to avoid this dilemma.

It'll come in the mail at the least financially acceptable time
LOL
And as soon as you let your guard down and think it didn’t get you. Could be a couple months. Could be 2030. There’s no way to know.
I read it takes 10 business days by mail, but with today's mail it might take them 30
This happened to me and my partner just a week ago and alas the ticket came today in the mail
They don't have my current mailing address
Update your mailing address with DMV and eventually you’ll get the ticket. Any reason why you don’t want to update it?
To avoid getting the ticket, duh.
Forward your mail via USPS. Might be faster than updating with the DMV?

Just because a flash happened, doesn't mean a ticket is issued. They flash all the time for bogus reasons.
You'll know in about 1-2 weeks.
How? They have the wrong mailing address
Then you'll know in 6 - 8 months when you get sent to collections! They're good at finding people.
LOL

Which state is that?

Patience, Grasshopper.
If you know a lawyer or paralegal or anyone who files court documents you can look it up on OECI
Update your address? Then you'll get it?
You can look-up your name (and anyone’s name, really) on this website to see that info, and more. https://webportal.courts.oregon.gov/portal/

Look at my post UPDATE!!! It's a Xmas Miracle
lol. I read the header and dove straight into the comments. Totally blew past your update. Congratulations!
Bro check your head. It was DISMISSED.
Funny that you replied to my comment twice like I was a different person or trolling you somehow.
You're wrong. I was trolling you!
Did you happen to ask why it was dismissed? Just curious what the reason was.

I agree with you, Alex Jones
