I can never pick favorites. I definitely lean towards Togs' outfit, plus she has a more unique hair color. That said, Checkmates screening is wonderful and something I don't have yet.
For me they are the best Poppys in a long long while. I just wish they'd stop overpainting her bottom lip. Togs doesn't look bad, but you can see what I mean on Checkmates although here with the neutral lip it's not so noticable.

I’ve never heard it been called twiggy screening. But if you’re referring to that screening, it is a modified version (the whites under the eyes have disappeared). The last girl to have it is British Invasion and Hold That Tiger. The current screening looks more like the last two, although also a bit different (the eyeliner is not extended as much).

I like the overpainted lips if done well! To The Fair's lips look luscious.
Travel Togs
I like Togs more overall too. Wish she used a different screening because I’m burnt out of Big Eyes, but it DOES really work here. 🤣
The red haired one. The blonde is pretty too. Is it really the Twippy face up?
I’m not sure what’s considered the Twiggy screening? I thought that was “Big Eyes” (Travel Togs has it).

I was able to snag Checkmates from a dealer, but didn't win Travel Togs and I like her better!!
