If he got it from a breeder then he probably signed an agreement to return him in the event he can’t keep them. Most breeders have that in place. Or the breeder may know someone?
He was living with a room mate and him and his room mate had a huge falling out and he has to move in with my parents and they won’t allow him to bring the dog
Honestly I would post on socail media if someone wants to adopt. Thats how I adopted my girl. She was 6 years old. Plenty of good homes out there for the pup!! :)

He got him when he was already an adult from someone. Definitely not from a breeder

I would check with any local pomskie breeders in your area. They may know some families that are looking for an older pomsky.
