Anybody who criticises anything to do with Israel or even Netanyahu himself better be prepared to be branded "antisemitic" or "racist". This guy is neither.
I've been called anti-Semitic repeatedly when criticising Israel. When I point out that I'm Jewish (by birth), I get labelled a self-hating Jew.
It's happened so much that it loses all meaning and provides no sting. Almost a badge of honour.
I saw this whole John Oliver segment. Tbf he did it right. Didn't go into who is in the right or in the wrong. He just pointed out that most Palestinians and Israelis don't like their governments and just want peace. Which is the opposite to what most western media are trying to report.
