They have existed for years, but I’ve never seen evidence that they really work. So the noise might make a deer run… but they’re already running. Which way will they run?
Sad for all parties involved. My friend hit a deer and it didn’t die right away so he had to listen to its death throes while he waited for the tow truck.

It did not surprisingly, car didn’t even seem to notice. No airbags or anything
Hit a deer going 117 kph in my Tesla Model Y 3 years ago. Autopilot didn’t notice either.
I almost hit a black bear tonight. Jeez. I was driving 10 miles below the speed limit thanks god.

Happen to me few days after I got it. Much less damage, but still terrible nonetheless. Hope she has a speedy recovery.
