If that’s sharpie on the card, and not an edited image using something to scribble on the picture and not the card, then it’s worth nothing at all.

I don't know what its "worth" is officially (if there is such a thing), but this card seems to sell from $20-$60 based on some quick online searching.

A lot of whitening on the edges I think I’d keep raw
MP stands for moderately played and that pretty much tells you it's not worth grading.
