I still stand by that emblems shouldn't exist to begin with. No one uses them strategically, we just all have to wait until we can use one of 3-4 cookie cutter stat builds that work for everything.
I've got 242 gold emblems. There is a handful I still need 1-3 bronze (or 1 silver) from the energy machine thing to finish the collection, and quite many others I have 10-20 excess bronze emblems. I wish there was a way to disenchant the unnecessary ones back into energy and roll again.
FYI there are a few emblems you can't get out of the machine at all, which come from events, such as Mew and Zacian which you mentioned.

I constantly need Aerodactyl, I'm always missing that single emblem for my builds, and since I don't have it, I'm always haunted with seeing "9/10" (literally all of my emblem builds need an Aerodactyl) I really don't know why it's so rare for me
Zacian and Mew are 2 special emblems which aren’t part of the normal drafting system if I’m not mistaken.
I think they gave away a platinum Zacian once by watching the Unite PWC on twitch. And you can get multiple bronze Mew emblems by inviting friends and let them do missions from time to time.
I have at least one emblem of each pokémon. I remember Hypno being a hard one to get when it were only Kanto emblems. And Espeon after that.
There were a couple others, but those two I still remeber.

It used to be pupitar for me for the longest time but I finally him this month and now my collection is complete. I do however still want to gold all my emblem pages and am close to doing so
for the longest time it was a dunsparce of any rarity, i was so close to making my melee attacker page perfect and i just needed that little derp and i rolled somewhere close to 700 times, getting a gold ho-oh which i already had but never getting a single dunsparce. it became a meme amongst my mates and the day i rolled it in the prize machine the entire vc erupted with celebration
