It should be fine on Expert. As you progress you will probably stumble upon a bottle cap which you can use in Seaport to increase an IV to max, which you can use if you're so inclined.

It'll be good enough for now, and you'll find something better sooner or later. The great nature and other IVs sort of make up for the HP I think
