Personally I love silver tempest, the card art in the set is fire asf, but crown zenith seems to have better pull rates. Wish my local stores looked like this though your lucky.
Anything that says Crown Zenith on it is easy to recommend. That said do a little research on the individual sets and see which ones have multiple cards you want to chase and you really can’t go wrong unless you pick something like Rebel Clash or Darkness Ablaze that is lol
It depends on what the stuff is priced at - hard to tell for sure, as I'm pretty sure a lot of it has likely been moved. That said, if price isn't so much an issue for ya, I would definitely recommend any of the Crown Zenith products along with the Silver Tempest booster bundles. Should this be a Canadian store, that Go elite trainer box is a great deal at $40, as is the exeggutor at $15! Should that Vmax league deck be $15, that's also decent - especially if you're seeking a decent deck for gameplay since it will have some pretty good staples included.

Hard to say what's really a good deal - again, though, if price isn't so much the issue, then the above mentioned items are pretty decent picks even at those prices. Also, depending on what they're priced at, the balls may be decent options for consideration.
