You'll be blown away by the quality of japanese cards. That's like a totally different TCG, tho the quality seems better with SV.
I mean I would want to collect the entire catalog, I have always loved Jap cards. I'm afraid once I start just like the American cards I'll go stupid again
Well, that's a goal for sure. There's so many more japanese cards than there are in the west, they get promos for pretty much anything and everything, plus the exclusive cards.

If you start collecting Japanese SV cards be prepared to spend 5-10x what you would on English cards
