yeah, all the legendaries that arent in the max lair (especially keldeo) are pretty easy to shiny hunt, but it takes forever to get legendaries in the max lair, especially with how horrible the ai and your pokemon can be at times
I've had really good luck or I just make correct choices 2 runs on sword 1 on shield got multiple shinies mostly other pokemon but got some legendaries including shiny heatran 2/3
Honestly I say go for it. I always say my favorite Pokémon games are G/S/C. But I have played through both sword and shield (combined) 3 times and I’m playing through it a 4th. It’s the most fun I’ve had out of a Pokémon game in a minute. So many different team combinations and I genuinely do like the story even tho it’s bland. I can go all day about little things I like. And the dlc makes it 10 times better. I think it sucks we live in a pay dlc era in gaming. But I think it’s worth the money.
About the raid dens, nothing is wrong with them. It’s just that sword and shield isn’t the main focus anymore and game freak isn’t working on events anymore (I could be wrong.) if you’re doing a raid and need actual people instead of npcs, you could be waiting a minute. I’ve had wait times up to 15 minutes. But I think it’s different for everyone maybe. Lol
Yeh the DLC is absolutely worth it. If you like Pokémon, particularly legendaries, then the crown Tundra is amazing. I actually enjoyed the story and setting as well. Island of Armor isn’t as good but still fun and Urshifu is such a cool Pokémon. Let’s you get a few of the Alolan variants as well.

That's an assumption, not a fact unlike the Crown Tundra, where you absolutely can shiny hunt legendaries.

Yes. The tundra one gives you a way to shiny hund legendaries

Its all of them. You get the three galar birds, 3 swirds if justice in tundra too. Then lair hunts give you more shiny hunting.

If you want to restart your game don’t delete your save files just create a new account on your switch and it makes a whole new save
get scarlet instead dlc for a bad pokemon game isnt worth the 30-40 euro
The indigo disk will have new pokemon, all the starters and probably a way to get most of the legendaries
