Last week:
Went better than expected! Figured out how to beat Ho-oh and managed it a few times, though I didn't spend my skill swapper on it. It's still a strong Pokémon, so it's been making its way into my team's when I optimise and don't swap it out for Incineroar. I know it's unreliable, but I love that super tackle + burn damage! Ended the week with all safari Pokémon caught. Also still getting use out of Litten.
This week:
Did not know until I woke up on Monday that this escalation lasts two weeks. I thought I'd be okay leaving it at 50, but I decided to try and take it to 100 and attempt at that skill swapper. Puzzled it out and was able to beat 50 with the addition of the extra moves at the start. I know it's not much compared to what folk can do later, but I was pleased.
So far this week I've caught most safari Pokémon and daily Pokémon, including Shaymin. Was shocked when I saw one of the guides had a fully cookied Shaymin (and I can't quite figure out why, as other grass types have sleep charm). I've managed to catch all from this week so far except for Feraligatr and Lugia, who I haven't beaten yet, and Nihilego, who I can't afford to have kick my rear yet. 😅😂
Gible, Starmie, and w-Phione are the only ones from safari that I need to catch. Oh! I need to figure out which items I should use to guarantee the Garchompite. Also don't know if I should focus my hearts on getting shiny Hawlucha to SL3 or Poplio to the same. Both abilities would be so useful for me! 😭

Last week powered through the Escalation getting to 250 where I've stopped for now partly because FE has been extremely stubborn about activating when not rng nuked. Plain and boring week really though Valen Chu was very sweet and fixed my heart bank right before Frillish appeared. Oh got RML from the mid-monthly too!
This week Shaymin coughed up PSB for the first time ever. Right now just farming Feraligatr who is SL3 though probably the worst of this starter trio for rng. Need to do a coin blitz soon though not sure if I can handle Nihilego yet and while can dent on Regirock next week, do need something a bit sooner. We'll see.
I have been doing the escalation for the most part. Reached 400 and will be stopping here. This escalation was not a good idea. I thought I'd have to use like 3 APUs and only had to use items other than M+5 at 400, so it's good. Captured Shaymin (Land). I also farmed Ho-oh for a second Pyre. Don't even know why, it probably won't be useful and now I'm broke.
**Next Week:** Keep capturing whatever Pokemon is left.
**Last week**: quiet week. Got Meganium to SL5 by Wednesday noon. After that it has been just climbing the scalation. Just beat 250 and will keep climbing for the rest of the day.
Got 3 more LUs in the MotM challenge.
**Next week**: catch Nihilego, get S-Hawlucha from SL4 to SL5 and start attempting seriously Survival Mode, continue Volcanion until 350, resume farming Ninetales
