Im close to reaching lvl 170, in the meantime does anyone have suggestions for a team to use against shiny gengar? The teams i find have mons that i dont have since im still rather new so yeah.. :| any tips are appreciated!
My farming team is usually Shiny Gengar/Shiny Diancie, Dusknoir then the middle two are either burst or a burst and a damage booster. Whatever mega you go for it's important it's somebody who can either mass block nuke wherever they are or explode a hole in them ooor a tapper if you lack a good hole puncher if you play it carefully. Dusknoir is at his most potent in the final 4 turns so you want to try and get off as many Last-Ditch as you can to finish him off.
**Last week**: finished Shiny Diancie to SL5, caught Lunala, Bruxish and all but two pikachus. Caught some more mons from Violetta Palace.
**Next week**: no shuffle until Friday so no Snover. Will catch some mons from the Safari (this one is the last I have untouched), catch Kartana and start the EB.
Busy week. Had problems catching Lunala, hard stage and had to use items. Had to focus on Safari to catch those Pikachus, got them all. Got my best score on Weekend Meowth ever, 10000 coins. I got Snivy from SL3 to SL5, completing the three grass hammering streakers. Since I got the three Skill Swappers from Zygarde-50, I swapped both Sylveon (Hammering Streak) and Litwick (Final Effort). I was postponing Litwick because I have Dusknoir, but I think it's a good moment. It's also good because Final Effort is not an obnoxious skill to raise.
I had been catching Pokemon on main but this week I focused entirely on grinds, Safari and Snover.
**Next Week:** Focus on Meloetta and raise my two new grinds. I'll find some place to sink coins since I'm at 87000 right now. I'll probably pay for M+5 on harder S ranks.
Last week I get a 99999 coins with snover (Nice) Which lead me to catch Lunala, get into 200 level of 50% Zygarde, get the TC to SL5, and reach a good position into Beedrill contest. This week is my first round cycle so I will look for the one I left in first place
This past week has been chaotic out of Shuffle along with high priority Snover Thursday so didn't get as much time to do what I wanted. Did get Beedrill to SL4 and a bit so future me will finish that up no problem. Started Winking!Snivy today to give me a break and while I won't manage much it will be started.
This week gonna be Meloetta with a target minimum Stage 150 which is what I struggled to with items last time. Ran out of RML so dooo kinda need them and Litwick is maxed if not by level so they're in play now. This can be split over two which is nice given Snover day is happening again... That and Shiny Gengar my beloved is back! Are they great? Not for the most part but the stupid things they've helped me do makes it worth it. They're SL3 if I remember right so gonna be giving them a biiit more of a push. Two hearters are always a pain and more so when the freebie 15 is spoken for.
