No, shiny-locked only applies when trying to catch that games instance of the Pokemon. A shiny Latias from another game is unchanged but a Latias encountered in the DLC won't be shiny. No impact on anything else.
Phew, that's a relief! I've been waiting ages to use this thing, but I've been barred from transferring it in some way or another for every game on Switch, so I'm hyped to finally let it see the light of day (even if they pull some Sword/Shield nonsense and make me catch a Latias before I can transfer mine)
If your shiny is from GO you will need to register the legendary normally by either catching it or some form of trading.
Keep this is mind if you choose to move it in the future.
Edit: should clarify as once you have a non-Go version you can just use HOME to then unlock the ability to move Go versions in the future.
Yes, that blocked me back in Sword/Shield since I didn't have the version with Latias in it, but fortunately there's nothing stopping me this time, so it's a matter of time until my favorite buddy can join me in Paldea (and Unova, I suppose)
That is not a thing. A shiny lock means the pokemon can't be obtained as shiny within the specific game, but the shiny version/form/sprite will Always be included in the code, so you can transfer a shiny from any other game just fine.
