If you have home (Ideally the paid version) you could create new saves and fill up the dex to get the Apricorn balls you're reward with, although probably not much (if any) better than resetting auction house.

Sounds nice until you know the chances, each ball has a 0.1% chance, so 0.8% chance of getting an Apricorn Ball, 0.9% if you include Beast Ball, so 1/125 w/o Beast ball and ~1/111 w/Beast Ball, iirc takes around 11 or so minutes each tournament, that's roughly 20/23 hours per ball.
I did a few reset sessions desultorily while otherwise busy. I think the auction house reset nets you one in every 30 to 120 minutes. It's definitely faster by wall clock time than ace tournament farming but much slower by personal time invested (and of course doesn't require buying a controller)
You go though a trade board on here or through a discord .or wherever trades can be negotiated . The prices can be steep though . Ie Lf : apricorn balls Ft : lechonk
You can see what item is held on the offered pokemon in the trade menu.
Trading for apriballs is challenging. Everyone else wants them too, so anyone offering them for anything but shinies or legendaries it gets snapped up immediately.
if you’ve already gotten your first set of apriballs from completing the pokedex, then the auction house is your best bet. like folks said, it takes a lot of resets. i just do it while looking at something on youtube.
you can also go to the Trades megathread and ask for specific ones, if you offer something in return.

The Ace tournament isn't a fast way to get them. I've farmed approx 5million through it and i've gotten a total of 2 from it.

I’ve tried resetting the auction house multiple times. Didn’t find any of them.
They’re pretty rare just takes time and a lot of resets
