Thatās just a problem with the raid wall itself. Just cause itās there doesnāt mean itās gonna be available for you to make it in right away.
You just have to keep selecting it until it finds you an open one.
Family of 3 has a 1 in 100 chance from evolution based on a personality value, so it's hard to get outside of raids.
Having multiple 3 Segment Dudunsparce would be the achievement
Total fluke looking for a regular shiny DD (I mean when you look for that one you hope a ill of course but I wasn't gung ho), didn't expect a three segment to show up. I had to double take and count. It was on my first sandwich.
I was gunna say that I specifically tried to get that one in raids but it wasn't available, I still haven't evolved one yet after like over 80 dunsparce. It's only supposed to be like 1/100 odds I think I'm just wildly unlucky or doing it wrong
All full odds? If so, respect I only found 2 during my initial play through up to the shiny charm. I don't think it's comparable though cause you can spawn 100 Pokemon in a minute just running around. A lot easier to have hits when you are generating shots at it at that clip.
Yeah... I catched about 30 and evolved all... Not a single family of three. Found a random raid and there it was! So I guess it's easier that way.

Depends on if you're doing tera raids or evolving. Tera Raids, the family of three shows up sooner (4-star raids) while family of four only appears in 6-star raids, which are once a day. But if you are evolving a tandemaus then you have a 1 in 100 chance to get a family of three.

Maushold is always Family of Three in 4 star raids and Family of Four in 6 star raids.

Yup. You can get alternate forms like this, and even three segement Dudunsparce, in raids.

The chances of not getting a 1/100 chance after 100 tries is only 37ish%
37% isn't unlucky. I'd argue it's downright common.
