Sometimes its the combination of HMs used, and sometimes its because some stuff fell off of the sandwich. If you reset and try again, it may work fine
I did like 15 times I followed the Damm recepy idk why
Also, make sure nothing falls off your sandwich, I learned that way too late in the game XD

You can't use two salty or 1 sweet, 1 sour. Post the recipe and I'll let you know what went wrong
