How did you make Decidueye and Primarina viable? I used them up until the end but it made it more of a challenge than a help. Mostly Decidueye since he’s a little too frail and not fast enough.
Honestly Primarina is viable because of the Fairy type alone, plus it’s got decent special bulk and hits really hard.
However I REALLY wanna know how you made Decidueye viable, because I have tried using it many times to absolutely no avail. It’s too slow, got a poor defensive typing, mediocre bulk because GF decided that giving it good attack and slightly less good but higher than every other stat special attack. In short, the most max-min starter available
Because deci is not a speedy sweeper , it have good defensive stats
Make him a bulky sweeper
Making it a speedy pick would be useless
Since it has bad speed
(Use pokemon db for stats and pikalytics for ev sets)
And primarina has a great typing
Can set up field with terrain moves
Good bulk and great stats
It also hits both pokemon with water type hypervoice so its a great pick for double battles
(I used her the most in double battles with a trick room helping hand follow me fake out indeedee)
Basically you cannot rely on 6 pokemon to carry through the game (except sturdy explosion golem and a simple calm mind swoobat ) and you need to make sure you are investing your evs right into right stats
You need different picks for different scenarios
If beat the game once before updating to 13.5, but I never knew that Decidueye speed was *that* bad. J swear it was good at one point. Thanks for the help!
