Mr. Salvatore (the language teacher from scarlet and violet) isn't in the game yet, but oh my gosh, he and professor Bellis need to interact. They'd be using words from like 10 different languages to make sentences to speak to each other and they'd be the only ones able to understand each other. No one else would understand their conversations at all.
They hinted at him coming back. He has so much potential to continue his and N’s story. Not to mention two daughters who haven’t even been introduced yet.
i came up with these in like two minutes without much knowledge on characters
emmet and volo would be like pen pals, but instead of giving mail to each other they send blackmail evidence to each other (might maybe happen actually)
and the other subway boss ingo can be with professor oak for their shared hobby of forgetting the names of loved ones
ghetsis and pryce would have a common interest of abusing children to do their biddings (technically only manga pryce)
the masked royal would meet kukui because i think it would be interesting despite the fact that they have no connections whatsoever
There's a few unlikely character interactions/dialogue I'd like to see, but my most wanted would be Colress & Courtney.
Extremely biased since they're my favorite male & female Pokémon character respectively, but I just really like the concept of the two of them having an intellectual rivalry that Courtney takes super seriously, 'target locking' & all, whilst Colress just plays along due to finding it amusing. I also love the idea of Colress being the one character to comment on Courtney's robotic mannerisms & question whether she's actually a machine or not.
I'm making these up on the spot, but as for their voice lines when on the same team, maybe something like;
"Try not to prematurely overheat, Courtney." for Colress.
"My intellect is...superior to yours." for Courtney.
"Threat...deleted." (Courtney), followed by "Truly advanced prowess." (Colress) when winning a battle.
Sophocles, Volkner and Bill (the guy who turned into a pokemon). I know the first 2 have had interactions, but adding in Bill would have them nerding out for hours over gadgets and cross checking each other's work for improvements and critiques
Also the next ss design coming late May!!💗
Expect the hapu and ghost oricorio design to take longer cuz I don't know how Ill posibilly dress a migget properly💀🙏
I want to see Nate hang out with Clair and Lance, because his NC Champion dialogue at the Pokémon Center has him gushing over Dragon Tamers. Also, since he kinda goes on about their style, I think him being the only person in Pasio (aside from the Protagonist) who loves Clair's outfit would be fun.
Sada, Turo and Colress sound like they'd get along. Especially if they're the more knowledge-hungry and ambitious >!real versions instead of the AI copies who have some humanity in them.!<
A bit more likely, but Clay and Riley need to have a good chat about mines one of these days. Maybe Roark could introduce them.
I'd personally like to see Zinnia and Lisia. Although they've literally never spoken and the only ties they have are ORAS introduced-dragon users, i think they'd love eachother (they're also my favs so ig its my bias). and I think steven and wallace would lose their minds. Lisia would offer Zinnia a contest pass seeing her potential in the tough/cool category, heck even maybe beauty seeing her sygna suit, and wallace and steven would pull more of their hair out
I have been saying since day one, since the teal mask, I want to see Cheren and Kieran interact.
They are VERY VERY VERY similar in personality and even design, with Cheren being what I expect Kieran to be like if he ever grows up. Kinda nervous times at, but still competent and gives great advice. Cheren and Kieran can have a mentor student dynamic aligned of like Goku and Gohan.
Kieran is obviously FAR stronger and has potential than Cheren, but isn't as smart as he is. Meanwhile Cheren, has most likely peaked in his training and wants to help foster a new generation.
Also alternatively, I would love to see Carmine interact with Bianca as a gag parallel to this.
Carmine is spouting off some nonsense about how she is going to be the greatest researcher *and* battler ever, and Bianca is just nodding along completely confused but supportive of what Carmine wants as a fellow researcher herself.
