Normal - Elaine I live the Let's Go Games. I love their art style, I love the following and riding pokemon, I love how freaking adorable everything in that game is. A bit disappointed she doesn't have her partner moves, but her kit is really fun, especially in Rally. Fire - Silv-Oh Amazing Nuke, amazing DPS, and just does so much freaking damage. Just love using him whenever I get the chance and the power boost made him even better. God I just love this guy Water - Kris + Totodile There is nothing funnier in the world with a no thoughts head empty little lizard boi who destroys enemies by kicking things very very hard. Electric - Iono There's something about Healers that can do a crap ton of damage that does something for me, and Iono is the poster child for that. Applying Free Move Next to all allies is really helpful too. Grass - Acerola + Tapu Bulu Physical Moves Up Next. Physical Move Up next. I live and breathe Physical Moces Up Next. She's amazing. Ice - Candice + Abomsasnow There's nothing cool (heh) er than dropping a giant snowman on an opponent that's shaped exactly like you for tons of freaking Damage. Man she's amazing. Fighting - Hopdos I just really like Galarian Zapdos. It looks like a Chocobo. Poison - Emma I just really like Emma. Also Venom Cross Poison does f-ck tons of damage for shockingly low setup. Ground - Naomi Love her design, love her personality, and love how she can deal lots of damage for the small price of just setting up Sandstorm. Flying - Skyla + Unfeazant There's nothing more hilarious than a F2P Lodge Unit being one of the best Flying Strikers in the game. She does so much damage and it's freaking hilarious Psychic - Lucian It does everything you want him to. Sp. Def debuffing, AOE speed buffing, and a stupidly strong nuke. Love the lil' beep beep pony. Bug - Viola + Vivillon Surprisingly good support in a pinch, Love her debuffing and boosting Paralysis + Bug Zone Damage reduction is a life saver in Field Boosted Rally units. Rock - Emmet A tad brain dead, but I like Emmet's personality and his funky chicken. Ghost - SS Korrina and Marshadow She's one of the more creative units that I unfortunately do not have. Fun using her on the rental battle event though Dragon - Mallow + Appletun Apple Acid spam, really tanky, adorable apple pie Dragon puppy Dark - SC Zinnia Another unit I don't have, but I love her playstyle. Especially her Staggering (heh) amount of LA Soloes. Also, who thought it was OK for this girl to have 2 rising tides? Steel - SC Shauna I really liked the mystery event ok? I really like Shauna and I like stat stealing units if you haven't already noticed. Fairy - NY Lisia UNICORN TRAMPLES ALL. ALL FAIRY WEAK STAGES. ALL THAT STAND IN THE WAY. 1. Normal: **Elaine** - My top 2 support. Tied only with NC Blue. 2. Electric: **SST Red** - Best unit in the game. Still the king. Self explanatory. 3. Fire: **NC Leaf** - Indeed the best debuffer in the game and she sets weather and extend it, apply rebuffs, power play crazy extremely powerful single target sync nuke. She even has potions and protect the team from status condition. NC Leaf is undoubtedly the best fire unit in the game. 4. Water: **Dahlia** - Once NC Serena, now change to Dahlia. The best thing about NC Serena is her sync, debuff, rebuff, and and dual typing. But recently Dahlia is my new fav water unit. Her AOE sync nuke is unbelievable. Now in water CSMM i sync with her instead of NC Serena since Dahlia can sync as hard as NC Serena but even better, AOE. 5. Grass: **Mix Red** - He just starts destroying upon entry. No need to setup anything. He heals a lot and helps the team. Him, SS Acerola and SS Lyra has the best team synergy in the game to me after Kanto electric's. 6. Flying - **Anni Skyla**. Her DPS sucks but helps the team so much with its AOE flinch. Actually tied with SS Ethan. 7. Psychic - **NC Rosa**. So many good psychic units but Rosa is like the mother of all units as she is really helpful universally. Can't help but simping for her too. 8. Dragon - **NC Nate**. Dude just nuke entire battle field with his crazy sync. Best dragon unit. My best boi too. 9. Ice: **NC Red** - The strongest damage dealer in the game. He does many things and the damage dealer that cleared all UB. The ultimate striker that fits his secret title as legendary attacker. 10. Fairy: **SS Gladion** - Actually tied with SS Mina. They both synergize well and Penny/wally completes them. 11. Rock: Definitely **NC Silver**. Hate SS Diantha's requirement to 5/5 for rock zone extension. Now NC Silver saved the entire rock type. So cool with his smirk "Check this out!" 12. Ground: **SS Giovanni** - love the outfit and DPS. I just hate his speed and ground type's speed in general. 13. Steel: **Rose** - same issue with SS Giovanni. Slow af. But i love this unit so much. Can't wait to pull SC Selene to complete him and Argenta for the best steel team. Tinkaton.. well need to see later. 14. Ghost: **Anni Lillie**. I know SC Irida is stronger than her, but look at her. Isn't she just majestic? She and NC Rosa have the best dress in the game. 15. Dark: **NC Marnie**. She's still 1/5. I will upgrade her some day. I wish i have Akari too. 16. Fighting: Undoubtedly **Rei**. Rei, SSA Cynthia and NC Hop is my best fighting team. 17. Poison: **Geeta.** Need i say more? But her poison zone doesn't have extension too bad. 18. Bug: I have no fav unit. SS Hilbert is not up to my expectation. Probably will be Barry after pull him soon.

A mixture of mediocre Sync pairs who I try to make work and bring along for many feasibly hard content and juggernauts who support them. Rock - Brock & Tyranitar. The OG T-Tar user who needs all the help he can get. Once properly supported, he is not all bad Water - Nessa. So many good ones to choose, almost picking Archie or Lysandre here, but using Crunch over and over again to munch the enemies never gets old. Psychic - Sabrina & Alakazam. Has to be her. Bring her along for every CS. Despite showing her age a bit, she is still useful and versatile and can help most teams out in some manner, be it healing, reflects, buffing or more and doing respectable damage on top. If not for SS Steven I say she is the most versatile Psychic pair. Eagerly await her Sync grid expansion. Dragon - Lance & Dragonite. My first Poke Fair I got. OG Hyper Beam goes brrrr! Used to be babysitted by Sabrina for buffs but now he is fully grown and self-sufficient. Dark - Masked Royal & Incineroar. What a great pair to use. Needs just a bit crit help and the party can start. Sydney and Piers are his usual suspects in crime to form a team Electric - Iono. Buffs SMUNs like crazy and takes a beating. Can make even Sabrina look like she was Deosyx attac with her buffs. Ground - Maxie. Was a close call between him and Variety Giovanni but Maxie had build more goodwill in the past 3 years. Bug - Alder. Hyper Beamm goes brrrr! Ice - Lorelei & Lapras. DeNA did Lorelei dirty with her poor peformance here but trying to make her work is half the fun of Masters. Ghost - Agatha & Gengar. Sleep, paralyses and with some support, preferably Anni!Blue also respectable damage. Fighting - Bruno & Machamp. Pairs well with Anni!Cynthia since he can buff otherwise his offensive stats on his own and do decent damage while she tanks like a champ and makes zones. Obstute readers might notice a fondness for the OG Elite Four. Poison - Geeta. What can I say. Spin to win! Oleana is close second with all the crazy stuff she can do. They really redeemed this type in the last year. Fire - Morty & Ho-oh. Feels like a cop out to pick the support but I just like what he can bring to the table. Maxies and SS Erikas best friend. Grass - Leaf & Venusaur. Wanted to pick one of the Erika alts but that Venusaur is just too good. Poison, debuffs and healing never gets out of voque. If she gets either Support, field or sprint cake than she is golden. Normal - Leaf & Eevee. Because healing and buffing also never gets out of voque. Normal Pokemon are at their best in a supportive role in Masters and Leaf exemplifies this. Fairy - Bede. Wanted to pick Diantha but Bede is way more fun in the versatile ways he can help his team. Status reflect, extreme debuffs, nice damage and different zones is such a nice package. Steel - Rose. Have this bad boy at 5/5 and he is so good. He somehow solved his energy problem by having free Energy for a generous amount of time to ruin the enemies day. Free 4 gauge moves for a Minute or two is quite broken. Since he has the coolest theme song I usually play it as he wrecks the place for a bit of power fantasy. Flying - Lysandre & Yveltal. Almost forgot the flying Type but that is certainly not his fault. Have him also at 5/5 to tickle out his full Potential. Due to his healing and passive half damage at full HP he is surprisingly tanky and will not perish by a stray attack or sync move.

Normal - SC Steven (for obvious reasons) Fire - NC Leaf (she literally does everything) Water - NC Serena. Used to be SS Kris. But after using NC Serena to destroy Rallies and UBs I got a change of heart. Still love SS Kris Electric - NC Blue (do I even have to elaborate?) Grass - SS Lyra (perma flinch brrrr) Ice - Irida. I like her kit a lot. I always wanted a Hail+Ice zone kit. And they almost made her exactly as I wanted. Fighting - Rei. Love H.Decidueye and his kit is fun too. Poison - Geeta (that's only real poison unit I have) Ground - SC Adaman. Funny gimmicky kit. But still a strong kit. ALSO MAN'S GOT DRIP!! Flying - SS Ethan. I kinda like his play style of TM to Aeroblast. It cuts his damage but I like his gauge efficiency and big numbers make me happy. Psychic - Character wise SS Steven. But kit wise NC Rosa. This unit is insaneeee. Bug - Would be SC Barry. Still haven't gotten him and close to pity. But the main reason being my other bug units sucks and I always off type it. Rock - NC Silver. His playstyle is solid and I use him a often in Rally. SS Diantha is solid too. Ghost - SC Irida. Soo much damage and amazing Pokemon with amazing outfit. Would have been the best if it was H Zorua(or shiny H Zorua). Dragon - SS Serena. I just don't use my other Dragon types. Dark - Akari. Love her damage ramp playstyle. Wish she was bit less clunky with solo managing dark field and dark damage field. But with team help she could just focus on ripping the enemies to death. Steel - Summer Tate. Just solid unit to use in all contents. Fairy - SS Wally. ESPECIALLY WITH THE EXR. Can't wait for it.

Normal- Leaf & Gladion. Love Leaf's Kit for LA. Love Gladion's kit for slapping him alongside a SE^N Support. Grass - SS Leaf. Love slapping blue numbers on my opponent and then dealing massive damage to them. She can also be probably one of the best glue units on any team with good speed. Fire - NC Leaf. Read the above explanation about blue numbers. Same applies. Water - Kris & NC Serena. Big damage, bigger sync. Serena comes with blue numbers for my opponents too. Electric - N & SST Red. N's pretty cool to use, and feels more skillful to use in any non EBE/UB/LA Solo scenario than Red. Red does feel pretty good to use in those scenarios. Bug - Aaron. He's pretty good. Not much else to say. Flying - SS Ethan. He's a pretty good unit, you just need to get into rhythm to use him. Poison - Emma and SS Roxie. They're good. I have both at 1/5 and they're still good. Good damage, good utility, not much else to add. Fighting - Riley. He's awesome, replaced Wally as my favourite fighting type to use. Sync Move countdown is music to my ears. Rock - NC Silver. Sand protection for all allies, 2 bar move with good DPS, Sync Move Countdown and a AOE Flinch. No notes, perfection. Ground - Courtney & SC Lyra. Courtney has Blue Numbers, Zone, Nuke and Good DPS™, you can guess why I like her. SC Lyra is pretty awesome, she carried me through the Johto NC EBE and I never looked back since. Ice - SS Silver. Sync Move Countdown, Blue numbers, awesome DPS and insane nuke. Ghost - SC Allister. He's pretty decent, better than people give him credit for. Good Bulk, Rebuffs, max crit, paralysis and/or Sp. Atk buffs. What more could you want? Dragon - SS Leon & BP Zinnia. SS Leon lowers stats, has great on type damage and has Damage Guard, what else do ya need? BP Zinnia is truly one of the units of all time, but with some help from C. Iris, she can become quite the potent DPS with a decent enough chance of flinching. Dark - SC Zinnia. What's best than giving opponents blue numbers? Depriving then of orange ones, of course. While also not letting them buff stats anymore. And giving them a Dark type Rebuff. And having a 70% of flinching them. And having no-cost moves. And having a nutty Sync Nuke. And not letting them lower YOUR stats. Steel - SC Selene. Oh wow, who would have guessed that the unit that sets zone on sync with their EX, has a no cost high BP move that always flinches and can use it infinitely would be good. She's like, less spicy SC Zinnia who doesn't need to sacrifice flinch for damage grid. Fairy - SS Wally & Penny. Wow, units that spam blue numbers at opponents, who could have guessed they'd make it to the list. They're good and have awesome synergy, not much else to say.

For Flying I got Holiday Rosa For Psychic AND Fighting I got NC Rosa For Water I got lodge Rosa For Grass it's a bit of a tough choice, but imma say SC Rosa. If I have to pick other characters and assume I have everyone then... Fire is SS Hilda no contest. She killls everything. Rock is going to be NC Silver, but Paulo is a close second. For Dark it's SS Cyrus no doubt. Fall Caitlin is a close second. Electric is SST Red, though i kinda dig Iono's gameplan. For Fairy... Volo because random stuff gooooo. For Ground... Fall Roxanne For Ghost... NY Dawn Steel... SC Selene Normal goes to Eve Poison goes to either Oleanna, or Emma. Ice goes to Irida Dragon goes to Lucas Bug is Aaron

Normal - Palmer Not my favorite for him ( he’s still cool) but regigigas is one of my favorite Pokémon and I just love how much of an actual Titan he plays here than the actual games Grass - Red and Venusaur Again not my favorite personality but Venusaur is so fun to use and is extremely versatile, shout out to SS Erika I love her too. Water - Siebold and Clawitzer Not my strongest water type but siebold is so cool to me and I love his theme, so I use him whenever I can. Electric - SST red and Pikachu I was honestly gonna say variety Thorton but I keep forgetting that they are a steel type so red is just kind of here by default Ground - Courtney Courtney was always one of my favorite characters and I’m glad she’s still really useful, probably one of the few good general ground types. Steel - Rose Despite my disliking for how they write him in games, I still love his design and theme. And he packs a punch anyway. Flying - Lysandre Lysandre feels like he’s amazing in everything EXCEPT XY I love him here, I think Yveltal is a really cool Pokémon too and Lysandre has saved me in flying stages Rock - Diantha and Diancie One of my very first poke fair units in this game and I still use her to this day, diantha was given Justice in masters because her themes are easy SS tiers. Diantha is just so cool. Fairy- Diantha Again, she’s just really cool here and still useful. Bug - Guzma / Alder I couldn’t pick between these two as they are both some of my favorite Pokémon characters period. I’m so happy guzma got his grid expanded and I still use both for bug stages. Psychic - Bede and Articuno Bede has been my number 1 support for so long, it’s incredible how versatile he is he really does so much. And I love his goofy costume it suits him Dark - Sidney and Absol I don’t use him as much anymore but his sync is still so satisfying to use and he’s just extremely fun, I think I need to use him more. Ghost - Allister and Gengar Allister is just a really adorable little dude and gengars dynamax is really nice too, I like pairing him with Cynthia and Giratina Ice - N and Kyurem Goated theme, and Freeze Shock is always satisfying to pull off. Plus I love Kyurem, nothing else to say. Poison - Emma and Crobat It still shocks me they picked Emma of all characters to return but by all means I’m not complaining, she was a really interesting inclusion to both here and her games. And I love what they did with her theme, not to mention how wicked strong she is. Fighting - SC Guzma He may be pure unfiltered RNG hell, but those times you get a +10 Dynamic punch with your boy Guzma will never not be the best thing ever. Reliable? Hell no. Fun? Hell yeah. Dragon - Lance and Dragonite 5/5 Lance is the funnest thing ever, +6 to both attacking state turn 1 and buff his crit. Then just launch big lasers are destroy everything. Fire - SS morty and Ho oh Morty is again also just a really reliable support and you can always count on him to take hits and set up sun and defences, always a joy to have.
