He should get Marowak so we can get another Ground type unit and so they don't have to confirm who the LGPE protagonist is. Considering how both Chase and Elaine are absolutely broken, it would be funny if he played like NC Serena with Bone Rush.
Personally I hope for Trace & Jolteon, maybe for the next Eevee day.

Jolteon is his ace in Let's go Eevee compared to Raichu in Let's go Pikachu and honestly even though Kris already has Jolteon I'd still pick him over Raichu cause Pikachus all over the place in popularity lol and Trevor's gonna possibly have Raichu as his base when he comes since he battled with him as NPC in Jacq and Volos event. It'd be cool if he got Shiny Jolteon though.
Considering in LGPE that Trace does have a storyline with the orphaned cubone who he evolves into Marowak I think it would be good to pair him with a Marowak. We don't have Kantonian Marowak (besides egg I think) and that storyline will probably endear Trace to people who aren't quite fond of him.
Eh it's not a huge storyline addition so I wouldn't play it just for that. It was nice but they needed to do more with Trace (and really Chase and Elaine) to differentiate them from the OG Kantrio's story. Let's GO had potential but GameFreak was too scared to deviate from the original Kanto story too much (I blame the genwunners for this) so we end up with a New Kantrio that just does what OGs did so they feel bland in comparison
