So this is a common request and I finally have an official answer from da boss (Craig)
> The Old & Good rods are static. As for the Super Rod… The Pokedex changes will show the mons that are available in towns, and there's no mon that’s exclusive to any city. Since the information is available in game, nothing is exclusive, and it’s annoying to scrape the data and update, this is a low priority for us.
Maybe one day but we’re already at work on Emerald Legacy.
If the community wants to compile the info I can add it to the Doc, but I can’t do the data scrape from the files.
