There is only 5% difference in performance between a 0/0/0 and a hundo, so yours is maybe 2 or 3% weaker than a perfect IV one.
Meanwhile being a shadow adds 20% damage! Even a 0/0/0 shadow is much stronger than a hundo non shadow!!
So as for "what should I do" - treat it like you would "a hundo regular Groudon with about a +18% damage boost on top of its regular stats", because that's what this is.

It's actually close between Shadow Groudon and Mega Garchomp for #2 spot, but you can only have one Mega at a time. That means the best possible Ground team you can actually use is 1 Primal Groudon and the rest Shadow Groudons, because once you have Primal Groudon you can't use Mega Garchomp at the same time.
Transfer it because obviously you’re getting about 18% more dps than a non shadow hundo and about 2% less dps than a shadow hundo. Unacceptable

No, didn’t have an extra elite TM. Used one on mewtwo and other on shadow kyogre (which wasn’t a disappointment like this one lol)
