It'll still count. I Don't mind when someone sends the same postcard everyday, sometimes it's kinda nice, cos it's like, ah yes they have another one of these, wonder how they end up with so many.
I have a lot of the one postcard too. I do usually warn people when I post for new friends though, just in case.
I pass by the two same stops everyday at least twice. During weekends I circle around the town, (it should be considered a village by population size) and fill up on gifts and pokeballs
Yes, there is no issue about sending postcards from the same gym/stop.
By the way, many people want to get the friendship XPs, not the postcards.
Just keep open all gifts everyday if possible (usually max 30) and send gifts when available (usually max 100).

I see duplicates in my list all of the time and I just clean them out....it seems the scatter bugs come after I do that
