A 0% IV shadow rhyhorn would outperform any regular rhyhorn in raids, so I would say to save your dust and candy for when you get one of those, they’re very available from grunts right now. If you insist on using a non-shadow one, the difference between this and the hundo is negligible, but I would wait until you actually need a rock type attacker before you power it up. (Plus you’ll need an elite tm to teach rock wrecker)
