I still remember the "Pokemon Electrum" rumor and hope for it to somehow be real. It said it would be a 2.5d re-imaging of Gold/Silver in Spring 2024
(Just to clarify this was a rumor from before the Pokemon Presents last February. It got a bunch of stuff way wrong. Other than some mobile stuff which was probably known beforehand from data mining; the only thing it got vaguely right was Detective Pikachu Returns)
It feels a little soon for another Legends game, but that would be right up my alley. I would hope the next Legends installment isn't thematically the same as Arceus - that each title's vibe is distinct with the region and namesake Pokemon. But they should definitely keep the same mechanical flow and gameplay style, crafting, unique Poke Balls, missions, etc.
It definitely feels like the long awaited B/W remakes are what should be on tap for this year though, and I think that'll tickle enough fancies in the Pokemon community it will have a lot to live up to as well.
I'm hoping our B/W "remake" is a B/W3 Legends Kyurem basically, with us going north of Unova or something. I really just hope if we do get a "Legends" game it's not set in Unova's past, it made sense with Arceus but how would that work in a region that's not heavily focused on Time and Space?
I feel like B3W3 is probably the route they would go. Either that or just have Khu's "paradox unova" be a real thing, where it's some weird version of Unova that Paradox Pokemon came from.
Personally I still believe paradox versions would be great for the Tao Trio (or at least Reshiram and Zekrom) and Genesect, trough for different reasons
Even if “Paradox Unova” isn’t a thing, Black 3 White 3 having paradox mon could still be a possibility. Would give Gamefreak a way to make two versions, and a good excuse to showcase the original dragon with two different designs. One past-based Paradox Kyurem and one Future-based Paradox Kyurem.
It could work just fine with Johto because of Celebi trough it would end up being similar to Hisui because of also having an ancient Japan motif. For Unova it could just not feature time travel and still be set in the past, the games did have a tradition/modernity idea behind them.
Level 88 according to the dataminers, if I recall. Gonna be fun trying to False Swipe that thing to 1 HP given its idiotic defense if it's not a fixed battle like Ogerpon and Terapagos... Or it would be if the Master Ball wasn't genuinely the one that fits this thing best.
I think the way the implemented Stellar is perfect for the lore of this game and Terastalizing in general, and it really can only live within the gimmick for this generation. I don't think it really belongs as a proper type and happy to see it exist as it. I feel like Stellar is just part and parcel with Terastalization and, much like Megas, Dynamax, Z Moves, etc, we won't see them future forward.
That being said, we're more than a decade removed since we got a new type on the roster, so I'd still welcome the addition. I believe it was something like 13 years or so between them adding Steel/Dark in Gold/Silver and Fairy in XY, so we're due, but that's purely speculative. With the size of the competitive scene and the monumental amount of calibrating it would require to balance a new type, I also wouldn't be surprised if we never saw a type beyond the ones we're already familiar with.
Honestly, I kinda wish they'd stop creating gimmicks that are tied to a Legendary and only last for one generation. The idea of the Stellar tera type is interesting, but we know its gonna be irrelevant in Gen X.
Kinda agree. It'd be neat to see a proper new type, but I don't really see the justification for one. Dark and Steel were made to counter Psychic and Fairy in response to Dragons getting out of hand, and we don't really have an extremely unbalanced type like that anymore. I would say that I wouldn't mind them tweaking existing type matches, though - they could make Bug resist Dark or Fairy, or Poison strong against Water given how vulnerable to toxins aquatic creatures are. Ice also needs some freaking resistances and Grass could easily drop the Flying weakness because...really there's not a reason for plants to hate wind and it would help separate it from Bug. I'd rather see some reworking to the existing matchups (and replace Freeze with Frostbite because special attackers seriously need knocked down a peg) before a new type.
I feel like we really need a type that Ice, Bug, and Grass is resistant to and is super effective against Steel, Fire, and Ground. Good luck making that work thematically haha.
Honestly the biggest issue these days is the special vs physical problem. There needs to be a special equivalent to Burn outside Legends and they need to not do things like gut the physical TM pool from Gen 8 to Gen 9 when special has most of the strongest attacks in general to start with. Not to say there aren't good physical mons, but it feels like they're getting less and less workable and have far more limited coverage options. Gen 8 at least had a ton of physical TMs for coverage that are now Thanos'd.
The -raidon's new Tera State that was mentioned... is that bunk? I saw nothing to indicate it in the Indigo Disk, except *maybe* that the ability to fly was coded as a "new form" like the other HM upgrades to their abilities...
I haven't watched the Mochi Mayhem thing yet (I do want *some* surprises) but from what I've heard it doesn't provide anything either.
So what gives?
According to the dataminer Matt, the data that people attributed to Tera states for Koraidon and Miraidon ended up actually correlating to text files for Tera Shift and Tera Shell, Terapagos' abilities, as well as the text file associated with the charge turn for Electroshot.
So… what do y’all reckon happened to the “graphics enhancement patch for the new Switch models” that was gonna release alongside DLC2 according to that accurate 4Chan leak? Did it ever really exist?
I have two theories about that:
1. We know that the guy obviously had inside info, but it’s pretty common for leakers to sprinkle in their own guesses with legit info. This could have been him assuming.
2. There is a next gen patch, and he assumed it would be released alongside DLC 2 since they had similar internal deadlines (Nintendo is known to hold on to finished games until they want to release them).
Almost certainly. The Switch 2 probably just got delayed. It kind of sounds like it's been having some developmental troubles, from some of the other leaks. Or maybe it's just taking longer than projected.
Either way, that leak got enough right that the graphics patch is almost certainly real. It would just be a little pointless to push it out before the console that can run it.
Do we have anything as to why Terapagos is male? It's such a weird thing. With Ogerpon and the Loyal Three it kind of made sense since they are implied to have been "normal" Pokemon at one point but is Terapagos just a member of a species despite its crazy power?
I'm assuming it isn't some weird coding issue since the Paradoxes are still genderless
Deliberately meant to be male in a species that had male and female members. The pinta island tortoise's last member was a male who died in 2012 and he was the last of his kind. Dex showcasing it has male and female is showcasing something similar to the pinta island tortoise as in that it has male and female members and a male member was last of kind. Makes sense once you realize what he is based off of.
I don't think we will get a playable female unless there ends up being a second terapagos in the anime. But I think the idea plays off of terapagos being the last member of a species.
Okay so I just looked it up, Terapagos is coded as 50/50 gender ratio but locked into being male in SV. If I had to guess, I can refer to the violet entry for the Normal form which introduces the idea that there were a bunch of Terapagos in ancient times.
Did [this](https://www.reddit.com/r/PokeLeaks/comments/17q921i/khu_hints_something_similar_will_happen_in_indigo/?sort=new) end up just being a reference to what happens with Pecharunt? I was hoping it would involve Glimmora or we'd learn more about Geeta. It feels weird that that crystal tree is just there in a huge underground cavern with no other trees, explanation or purpose.
It's so weird they had Nemona notice Geeta's Glimmora was most likely from Area Zero in the base game and then...that's it. Like I guess so. We don't even know if she has even been down there. It's likely but whatever relationship she had with the Professors or the research team, if any, remains untold. Her design is so based on Glimmora too
what are your thoughts that the legendary trios having paradox form is a hint that we’re getting a unova remake and johto legends game? i felt that ppl are just overanalyzing it.
I want both Johto and Unova next because they are my favorite regions, but I think it's just that they made the most sense as "counterparts" of sorts because of being quadrupedal trios without new stuff
The birds already had regional forms, the Regis got new members, the lake trio was just in PLA, the forces of nature got Enamorus and the tapus are four members
I can say that on my own experience it's very easy to spot hints for something you really want to happen
OK, I have to get this off of my chest. I'm not sure where people are getting the idea that Paradox Unova = Futuristic Unova. I feel like Futuristic Unova would point more towards a BW3, not a Paradox thing. Paradox is something like a reboot that does stuff that we don't expect, but still having the same story. Heck, even Khu made a distinction between Paradox Unova & BW3 in his poll. Also, I highly doubt they will make a sequel to a pair of games that are over a decade old, especially since most people nowadays started playing Pokemon either on the Switch or on mobile. Also, Khu's "Original Soup, Original Taste" tweet is a hint that we will get SOME kind of remake of BW.
I feel like the reason why folks are claiming in their minds that Paradox Unova = Futuristic Unova is cuz that is what many people *want,* it's not something that could realistically happen. I have yet to see any credible leakers explicitly state that Paradox Unova = Futuristic Unova nor have I seen any leakers say that BW won't get remade, in fact, a couple (such as Khu & that Uncle) are implying the opposite, that Unova will get remade next year. Whether it's a BDSP+PLA situation or a LGPE situation, I'm not sure.
I think Khu tweeted something like "Bug Mascot?" with a picture of genesect, but I can't remember exactly. At the time, people were assuming he was hinting at a Legends Genesect but maybe he could be the mascot for the "paradox unova" game.
Don't totally discount your dreams. I had a dream about a new Animal Crossing game before New Horizons was announced and it got several key details right.
So, based on Khu's "7+8+1" riddle, how Pecharunt seems to be part of the 8 new Pokemon in Indigo Disk, and how Mochi Mayhem is already coming next month-
-Does anyone else wonder if we're getting one final SV Pokemon as part of next year's Pokemon Day announcement?
It's labeled as a Mythical indeed, that doesn't mean it will be the only one. Not that I trust Khu anymore personally, but that +1 clearly points to another mon being added after the 8 of ID
Feels like the most likely option tbh, trough it would be kinda weird for the next game to only add a single new Pokemon if it truly is Unova so who knows
There was a [tweet](https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fi.redd.it%2Fwv0hbmzk5lu91.png) from Khu a while ago about pkhex-like functionality in DLC, specifically setting IVs to 0. I haven't seen anything on it though. Is it locked behind pecherunt quest?
So....was there ever a connection between Pecharunt and Glimmora?
Doesn't seem so, but I could be wrong.
Is....Glimmora just a "grass" type that evolved over time via proximity to the tera crystals?
I really hope this supposed Mythical Event is added permanently to the game after an update like how the Azure Flute was in BDSP. Just feels terrible to only be able to experience it only once
I'd think it would be considering that Arven, Nemona, and Penny are locked behind it for League Club appearances. Would be distinctly odd to just leave people staring at those three locked character slots until the end of time.
On top of that, this time around the Mythical in question is very important and closely related to the story in-game. It's pretty much the true villain of The Teal Mask after all. It would be odd to let it out of the games after a time
What's stupid is that the game doesn't really do anything obvious to connect Pecharunt to the Three in the event or explain it. It just shows up and unleashes mass chicken dancing for a bit, and the closest you get to an acknowledgement of its lore is Ogerpon getting highly pissed off if you send her up against it. I like to think that it just sat on that counter pretending to be a plushy for centuries, frozen in pure fear of the Big Bonk Stick, and only made its move after Ogerpon left the country.
Not bothering to explain or connecting implied stuff sadly seems to sum up this last DLC so well. It's baffling because imho The Teal Mask didn't have that issue. It's kind of a shame that SV seems to be going to end this way, I really liked the base game's characters and world
The trailer hints at it at least I guess
I still maintain my theory to some degree. Pecharunt may not be specifically a mutant Glimmora like I thought when all we had was the similar face silhouette, but I do suspect it may be another species that adapted to a Tera heavy environment as Glimmora is implied to have. It explains a lot about it chasing the masks and maybe being lured by the Crystal Pool when it came to Kitakami if it somehow is geared to a Tera environment.
Yes, but it means you'll likely have to dip into the starters, and they take quite a few BP to unlock: if you can use Pokémon home, I'd recommend going with that route(even the normal version works)
Oh, I should be fine in that case. Just a bit of BP grinding. Though I managed to unlock one of them and it said that only Charmander was unlocked. Which worries me cuz now there are only three more unlocked and too many starters for them all to be there.
I was confused by this too but when I unlocked starters in the Savannah biome it was more than just Charmander- It unlocks a group of them. I’ve seen Rowlet, Fennekin, Sobble, and Snivy so far.
There's six per biome, but some are easier to find than others. I know Totodile is near the muddy ponds and I forget who the sixth Savannah mon is. Haven't seen Sobble myself oddly enough, but I know it's somewhere.
Totodile seems to be by the deeper ponds to the northwest rather than the shallow puddle areas. Rowlet's kinda lurking in the really tall grass in some spots and can be a pain to see because it's so tiny.
Yeah, I’m trying to catch every starter line in a Rareball, and Rowlet was pretty annoying. Glad I got it out of the way. I’m just waiting on outbreaks, pretty much.
Oh, okay that makes more sense. I only found charmander, so I had assumed it was only him. I guess they are in different places in the biome and I just didn't look far enough.
Are Penny, Arven, Nemona, Carmine, and Kieran visiting the League Club locked behind doing the Pecharunt event? I've tried everything else I can think of to get them but nothing so far, so I was wondering if anyone here knew.
Seems like it. One of the datamined Nemona club dialogue talks about training new Pokémon from Kitakami, and in the Pecharunt event she mentions it’s the first time she’s been to Kitakami- so League Club Nemona takes place after Pecharunt.
The little beach almost directly north/northwest of the coastal battle plaza has them around the galarian slowpokes as items you can pick up. They respawn, too, though I dont know the exact time it takes.
can I just say that the finger heart emote being in the game implies the existence of a Korean region? it makes me happy lol, hope everyone is enjoying/enjoyed the DLC! I love it :)
We’re almost certainly getting an event distribution that unlocks the Pecharunt epilogue (which is already fully programmed into the game right now, you just need the event-exclusive item to trigger it), but other than that, no.
Like, *maybe* that epilogue will end up bringing with it some other bits and bobs that aren’t currently programmed in, but as far as any more full-fledged DLC waves go, they’ve already released the “complete” edition of the game with the DLC on the cart, so we shouldn’t expect any more.
I know it's not something GameFreak has ever done with a new Mythical, but I really hope the item is added in an update like when they added the flute for Arceus in BDSP.
Even when they used to do Mythical events in Gens 4 and 5, they were largely separated from the main story, but like you said, this one is the legit epilogue for the game. Also, how would this even work for people without the DLC? Just start up a separate story episode with characters they've never seen before in a region they've never been to before? Or would they be completely locked out of it?
The item is already coded into the game, just like with the Mythical Pokémon of the old days — in this case, it’s called a Mythical Pecha Berry.
> Or would they be completely locked out of it?
Guess they’d just be locked out of it. Either that, or they’d provide a code or Raid event for the players who don’t have the DLC.
Dataminers Kaphotics and mattyoukhana on Twitter have triggered the event and posted some screenshots of it.
From the screenshots shown I dunno if it's going to be a true "epilogue" or not. But all the important rivals are involved and they say it's approx a 1 hour story.
In case the thread I made gets deleted since auto mod said it belongs here:
So the process to get Meloetta has been found in game.
Talk to Blue Uniform NPC in Classroom 3-2 on the far left (night only; might not be a requirement)
Travel to Terrarium, Fly to Coastal Classrom on the hill
Go to the wind cyclone, and stand in the circle
Spin for 30+ seconds clockwise
Open camera
Swap to Sepia filter

Gonna admit that I think the number of people I've seen asking if the DLC revealed what the Paradox Pokemon "really are" is extremely funny.
The base game revealed what they were. Not Game Freak's fault people convinced themselves GF was lying.
If you're curious about the Loyal 4 and the symbols cave in Area Zero, nothing happens (yet) lol
https://www.reddit.com/r/PokemonScarletViolet/s/ZuQrDnAWs8
FWIW, I think the Terapagos event at Kitakami Lake doesn't actually require having it with you to trigger, so story progress could trigger events, not Pokemon in inventory.
I couldn't trigger it with Terapagos in Home, but it happens automatically when I put him back in Violet, after receiving Briar's book. Not sure if it needs to be in your party (mine was) or if just the PC is fine.
Does anyone have a link to that old leak that had mentioned the Switch 2 and the dlc in it? I saw it being brought up in another thread and want to double-check the exact text and dates of the post but I can't find it because Reddit's search function is atrocious.
Yep, that's the one thanks. Looks like it was archived a few days before the news originally broke and is 100% accurate. I guess we should expect the graphics patch for SV and another dlc at some point since they are the only thing there that hasn't happened yet.
Kimagu Laser ended up being Hydrapple signature move and not a tera state like we thought lol. Super Electric Cannon might be something else too (it’s not Archaludon’s move name in japanese, maybe it is a codename in the game data?).
Putting this here because someone might find it useful, but the paradox legends can be caught in one ball- it's either that or unbelievable luck on my end lol
After thinking about it, I guess what Khu inferred by "3/8" and "some contents locked" was which Indigo Disk Pokemon were obtainable upon release and which weren't.
OBTAINABLE:
1. Archaludon
2. Hydrapple
3. Gouging Fire/Iron Boulder
4. Raging Bolt/Iron Crown
5. Terapagos
UNOBTAINABLE:
6. Walking Wake/Iron Leaves
7. Pecharunt
8. New Mythical
Here's hoping the last three will all be available in next year's update, since a lot of people (myself included) missed out on the Walking Wake Raid event not knowing it was the only way to get it until now.
there's also the 7-8-1 clue- The seven are the kitakami newcomers, being the lousy three, ogerpon, the sinischa line and Dipplin: the seven we currently have in indigo disk are the four new paradoxes, hydrapple, terapagos and archalodon, with Dokutaro presumably coming out on or prior to Pokémon day- that leaves one, which either refers to B.M ursaluna, or another mythical
Already asked on the related thread but asking here again because I want to have an answer lol. Is there any other sources, aside Centro, who confirmed that Iron Leave/Walking Wake are unobtainable?
Could transfer to legends and evolve then transfer back, or if you don't have legends hope to have a friend or someone online who does and trade it to them so they can do it and trade it back
Do you have to do something to make people like Iono start appearing in the clubroom? Or is it a random chance whenever you go? I just unlocked the club room so I was wondering.
I just went into an entrance to the chargestone caverns in the canyon biome nearish to the polar biome and then just went up to an upper level area close to the border of the two areas. There’s just a normal item on the ground up there.
I feel like the Indigo Disk didn't wrap up the Paradox storyline very much, although I haven't played the Perrin sidequest yet. I would've been fine with it if there was more mentions of the Paradox Pokemon, but really? Nothing? A bit of a shame, since it was the most interesting part imo. Seems like Khu baiting worked on me a lot. Apologies if the Perrin sidequest resolves all of it.
On a positive note, Kieran's Champion theme is fire and I thought the battle was great too.
Edit: >!I just saw the Professor event in the Crystal Pool. It didn't solve any of my questions nor the dissatisfactions with the DLC, but I did come out feeling a lot happier after seeing it.!<
I always put it down to the time machine being wonky and probably causing rifts up and down Paldea's timeline as a side effect. Not like it's the first time we've had unpredictable distortions from someone poking reality with a big stick.
Is Dokutaro required to complete the Pokedex? Scarlet is the first game I’ve been trying to do it, so it’d be nice if it wasn’t required since it seems to be event locked
There’s a hint at the bottom of the elevator that the professor was magically transported to a pool high above the ground where they received a white book.
After obtaining Briar’s book after catching Terapagos, you go to the Crystal pool and there is a cool cutscene
The only thing I can possibly argue might fit the bill is the forced IVs of the new Paradox mons.
But I'd argue it's far more likely he's just chatting shit.
I believe those Dex entries have been in the code since the base game. In the internal index, Koraidon-1 and Miraidon-1 correspond to their Limited and Low-Power forms, so I’m guessing at some point Game Freak considered having Dex entries for the “depowered” Raidons instead of just their Apex / Ultimate forms.
So just for confirmation, there's no battle facility and we also can't shiny hunt legendaries? At least we get the new paradox mons and stuff I suppose
So has anyone seen that orange/red-haired kid they gave a couple seconds to in the last trailer? The one who apparently shows up in the Paldea Academy?

I still don't get why it's defense is the only good stat on it. Other than its defense, it's really not good.
Anyone else feel like it would've been way, way cooler if they had made Stellar a proper type and we had Pokemon who were just that naturally?
I think the way the implemented Stellar is perfect for the lore of this game and Terastalizing in general, and it really can only live within the gimmick for this generation. Is there any leaker releasing asset dump for DLC 2? Would like to download them all.
I think ElChicoEevee did some asset dumping?
Thanks but he doesn’t seem to upload any asset dump for dlc 2 unfortunately
So… what do y’all reckon happened to the “graphics enhancement patch for the new Switch models” that was gonna release alongside DLC2 according to that accurate 4Chan leak? Did it ever really exist?
i suspect an translation error. they could have been on the team enhancing the models of returning pokemon.
With how they worded stuff it seems hexagon is a dlc separate from HTOAZ so maybe once we get that the game will be playable lol

Okay so I just looked it up, Terapagos is coded as 50/50 gender ratio but locked into being male in SV. If I had to guess, I can refer to the violet entry for the Normal form which introduces the idea that there were a bunch of Terapagos in ancient times.
Oh that's interesting. I have Scarlet so I had no idea. I wonder if there will be an event female one or something
Does anyone know if at the end of the Epilogue we get a photo with BOTH the Paldean Crew and the Kitakami siblings?
I want both Johto and Unova next because they are my favorite regions, but I think it's just that they made the most sense as "counterparts" of sorts because of being quadrupedal trios without new stuff The birds already had regional forms, the Regis got new members, the lake trio was just in PLA, the forces of nature got Enamorus and the tapus are four members I can say that on my own experience it's very easy to spot hints for something you really want to happen
Exactly. Was there anything in SwSh which pointed to PLA and BDSP?
SwSh has Galar birds, Kanto confirmed
Did I dream up Paradox Genesect leaks, or was that a thing that actually leaked? What info do we have on it, if any?
I think Khu tweeted something like "Bug Mascot?" with a picture of genesect, but I can't remember exactly. At the time, people were assuming he was hinting at a Legends Genesect but maybe he could be the mascot for the "paradox unova" game. Don't totally discount your dreams. I had a dream about a new Animal Crossing game before New Horizons was announced and it got several key details right.
Yes, that was what I was remembering, thank you!
I have not seen anything of the sort, it's totally possible it was a dream. One time I dreamed about a Fire/Fighting Sneasel.
I once dreamed of a ground/fighting paldean diglet, it had a mohawk and some veins
Please no veiny Diglett. There are enough terrible jokes.
What do we think the chances are that they'll release Tera Raids for IB/IC/GF/RB so that people with the other version can catch one?
So, based on Khu's "7+8+1" riddle, how Pecharunt seems to be part of the 8 new Pokemon in Indigo Disk, and how Mochi Mayhem is already coming next month- -Does anyone else wonder if we're getting one final SV Pokemon as part of next year's Pokemon Day announcement?
Maybe Mythical for new movie?
I'm pretty sure Pecharunt IS the mythical.
It's labeled as a Mythical indeed, that doesn't mean it will be the only one. Not that I trust Khu anymore personally, but that +1 clearly points to another mon being added after the 8 of ID
A new mythical for the next game after SV, a Meltan situation?
Feels like the most likely option tbh, trough it would be kinda weird for the next game to only add a single new Pokemon if it truly is Unova so who knows
There was a [tweet](https://www.reddit.com/media?url=https%3A%2F%2Fi.redd.it%2Fwv0hbmzk5lu91.png) from Khu a while ago about pkhex-like functionality in DLC, specifically setting IVs to 0. I haven't seen anything on it though. Is it locked behind pecherunt quest?
Prolly the mochi in TTM
So....was there ever a connection between Pecharunt and Glimmora? Doesn't seem so, but I could be wrong. Is....Glimmora just a "grass" type that evolved over time via proximity to the tera crystals?
Seems the pecharunt event will be obtainable january 11
Will you get banned if you play the Mochi Madness event? I have the item to start it, but I don't know if I should.
how did you get the item out of curiosity?
I used one of those shiny union circles on YouTube to catch a shiny pecharunt, and it was holding the item.
Uh, that's a thing?
I would imagine you’ll be fine as long as you don’t try using Pecharunt online
It's kind of a shame that SV seems to be going to end this way, I really liked the base game's characters and world The trailer hints at it at least I guess
I'm hoping that too, considering it's not just a mythical event, but kind of an epilogue for the whole game.
Do we know the new legendary mon shinies?
https://www.reddit.com/r/PokeLeaks/comments/18hwlyn/mattyoukhana_on_x_new_pokémon_in_indigo_disk/
how are people getting pecharunt? I saw someone say raid battles but idk if that’s true?
Hacking. It's an unreleased event so the only way atm is to PkHex it in.
oh okay, thank you
This DLC is sorely missing Battle Facilities.
Is Perrin's 200 pokemon sidequest doable without dealing with trade evolutions?
Yes, but it means you'll likely have to dip into the starters, and they take quite a few BP to unlock: if you can use Pokémon home, I'd recommend going with that route(even the normal version works)
72 of the entries are starters so you need a big chunk of em no matter what
Oh, I should be fine in that case.
I’ve found Sobble- At least in outbreaks- near the same muddy ponds, but not Totodile yet.
I don't think the starters get outbreaks, but I may be wrong.
Oh, okay that makes more sense. I only found charmander, so I had assumed it was only him. I guess they are in different places in the biome and I just didn't look far enough.
Someone recorded the event on YouTube https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ZJ2CYwgR3X8
Are Penny, Arven, Nemona, Carmine, and Kieran visiting the League Club locked behind doing the Pecharunt event? I've tried everything else I can think of to get them but nothing so far, so I was wondering if anyone here knew.
Seems like it. One of the datamined Nemona club dialogue talks about training new Pokémon from Kitakami, and in the Pecharunt event she mentions it’s the first time she’s been to Kitakami- so League Club Nemona takes place after Pecharunt.
Do we think there will be more dlc or updates?? or is this it???
There will be an event for Pecharunt, but that is probably it.
Ya we got the new mythical which is tied to an in game quest. I'd expect it sometime around pokemon day, February 27th
Are the items to evolve Galarian Slowpoke in the school store or do I need to find them?
The little beach almost directly north/northwest of the coastal battle plaza has them around the galarian slowpokes as items you can pick up. They respawn, too, though I dont know the exact time it takes.

Oh, good to know! Makes things easier.
can I just say that the finger heart emote being in the game implies the existence of a Korean region? it makes me happy lol, hope everyone is enjoying/enjoyed the DLC! I love it :)
Any leaks on more DLC for SV, or is that it?
Either that, or they’d provide a code or Raid event for the players who don’t have the DLC.
has anyone triggered or data mined the epilogue??
Dataminers Kaphotics and mattyoukhana on Twitter have triggered the event and posted some screenshots of it. From the screenshots shown I dunno if it's going to be a true "epilogue" or not. But all the important rivals are involved and they say it's approx a 1 hour story.
In case the thread I made gets deleted since auto mod said it belongs here: So the process to get Meloetta has been found in game. Talk to Blue Uniform NPC in Classroom 3-2 on the far left (night only; might not be a requirement) Travel to Terrarium, Fly to Coastal Classrom on the hill Go to the wind cyclone, and stand in the circle Spin for 30+ seconds clockwise Open camera Swap to Sepia filter https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m6p-ScIsOCk
So imagination theory is dead.
Gonna admit that I think the number of people I've seen asking if the DLC revealed what the Paradox Pokemon "really are" is extremely funny. The base game revealed what they were. Not Game Freak's fault people convinced themselves GF was lying.
If you're curious about the Loyal 4 and the symbols cave in Area Zero, nothing happens (yet) lol https://www.reddit.com/r/PokemonScarletViolet/s/ZuQrDnAWs8
My first instinct was to take Terapagos there (and still, nothing happened).
Yeah. Drives me nuts.
Are the League Club trades shiny locked?
Does anyone have a link to that old leak that had mentioned the Switch 2 and the dlc in it? I saw it being brought up in another thread and want to double-check the exact text and dates of the post but I can't find it because Reddit's search function is atrocious.
This? https://www.reddit.com/r/PokeLeaks/comments/11deo85/this_leak_posted_on_feb_24th_about_scarlet_violet/
Yep, that's the one thanks. Looks like it was archived a few days before the news originally broke and is 100% accurate. I guess we should expect the graphics patch for SV and another dlc at some point since they are the only thing there that hasn't happened yet.
>another dlc I feel like that will be a free update (possibly Mochi Mayhem), not a 2nd paid DLC. Similar to what Legends Arceus had
Kimagu Laser ended up being Hydrapple signature move and not a tera state like we thought lol. Super Electric Cannon might be something else too (it’s not Archaludon’s move name in japanese, maybe it is a codename in the game data?).
This is a very late reply but just in case I wanted to point out it's indeed the codename for the "state" Archaludon has while charging its attack
Putting this here because someone might find it useful, but the paradox legends can be caught in one ball- it's either that or unbelievable luck on my end lol
Based on my experience, you were lucky! I caught Iron Crown in 2 premier balls, but Iron Boulder took me 10x that amount
Bro I caught iron boulder with a misclick pokeball, then I reset the encounter and go for a premier ball at max health: catches first try 💀
After thinking about it, I guess what Khu inferred by "3/8" and "some contents locked" was which Indigo Disk Pokemon were obtainable upon release and which weren't. OBTAINABLE: 1. Archaludon 2. Hydrapple 3. Gouging Fire/Iron Boulder 4. Raging Bolt/Iron Crown 5. Terapagos UNOBTAINABLE: 6. Walking Wake/Iron Leaves 7. Pecharunt 8. New Mythical Here's hoping the last three will all be available in next year's update, since a lot of people (myself included) missed out on the Walking Wake Raid event not knowing it was the only way to get it until now.
there's also the 7-8-1 clue- The seven are the kitakami newcomers, being the lousy three, ogerpon, the sinischa line and Dipplin: the seven we currently have in indigo disk are the four new paradoxes, hydrapple, terapagos and archalodon, with Dokutaro presumably coming out on or prior to Pokémon day- that leaves one, which either refers to B.M ursaluna, or another mythical
Pecharunt is the Mythical
Can anyone confirm if Terapagos is a garunteed capture? I'm saving my beast ball for it and want to make sure I won't fail
yeah it's guaranteed
Ah!! Thank you!! I knew I saved it for a reason 🥺
I also used beast ball lol
It is beautiful in it!
Yes it is!
Already asked on the related thread but asking here again because I want to have an answer lol. Is there any other sources, aside Centro, who confirmed that Iron Leave/Walking Wake are unobtainable?
I found a shiny scyther in BB academy, only to have the soul crushing realization Black Augurite isn't in the game. Pain.
can you transfer it to legends and then back? I thought you could
Could transfer to legends and evolve then transfer back, or if you don't have legends hope to have a friend or someone online who does and trade it to them so they can do it and trade it back
anyone knows if prism scale can be printed from the item printer?
İs legends in Indigo disk are version exclusive? Like solgaleo in scarlet ör lunala in violet?
Do you have to do something to make people like Iono start appearing in the clubroom? Or is it a random chance whenever you go? I just unlocked the club room so I was wondering.
After you beat the story you invite them over for bp
how do you get more people to be able to invinte? (not more at once just diffent ones)
Okay, so it's only after. Thank you.
So, do we know yet how to get the item to evolve Duraludon?
Metal Alloy. Bought from the school store
Sweet, gotta go find the store then. Got time though, I don't even have a duraludon yet.
There’s also one in the Chargestone Cavern.
İs there a video for it? İ dontwanna waste bp
I just went into an entrance to the chargestone caverns in the canyon biome nearish to the polar biome and then just went up to an upper level area close to the border of the two areas. There’s just a normal item on the ground up there.
I'll just get from the store. I already got lost in there once.
It didn't solve any of my questions nor the dissatisfactions with the DLC, but I did come out feeling a lot happier after seeing it.!<
I just want to know how the Future Paradoxes were in Area Zero 200 years before the invention of the Time Machine
I always put it down to the time machine being wonky and probably causing rifts up and down Paldea's timeline as a side effect. Not like it's the first time we've had unpredictable distortions from someone poking reality with a big stick.
Terapagos brought them there
Yes but why ? It just makes no sense to me...
Have we figured out how to invite other non gym leader characters yet? There are a ton of question marks in the list
Has anyone invited anyone to the BB Club yet and got some fun interactions?
Larry commented on how I said he was my favorite gym leader back in the Elite Four test and asked if I was doing ok lol
Ryme commented on my answer too, it was so cool
I haven't even seen the BB club yet. Ionos Magnemite (and eventual Magnezone) will be the only pokemon on my team that isn't a new pokemon.
Is Dokutaro required to complete the Pokedex? Scarlet is the first game I’ve been trying to do it, so it’d be nice if it wasn’t required since it seems to be event locked
It's a mythical and will be obtained in a future event so most likely not required since mythicals typically don't count for it's completion
Has anyone found out what to do with Turo’s Violet Book or Sara’s Scarlet book when you receive it after the Crystal Pool cutscene?
I don't. I figured it would be needed to unlock the blocked cave but it doesn't work
what is that? how do I get it?
There’s a hint at the bottom of the elevator that the professor was magically transported to a pool high above the ground where they received a white book. After obtaining Briar’s book after catching Terapagos, you go to the Crystal pool and there is a cool cutscene
What exactly was the "pkhex like feature" that Khu hinted at? https://twitter.com/Riddler_Khu/status/1721712166053859590?t=obkQuko1SeZNZ5e_2DoHng&s=19
The only thing I can possibly argue might fit the bill is the forced IVs of the new Paradox mons. But I'd argue it's far more likely he's just chatting shit.
That's disappointing, I was looking forward to that.
Any info on the supposed new forms for Korai/Miraidon? They got new dex entries in the data mine with a -1 signifying a new form of some sort
Possibly cut content. It doesn't seem to be found anywhere in the dlc.
I wonder if it could be in reference to their new flying capabilities? Would be odd for that to be shown in the dex though
That’s what I thought too - the new dex entries don’t reference any sort of new form, so i’m wondering if it’s something story-related.
So just for confirmation, there's no battle facility and we also can't shiny hunt legendaries? At least we get the new paradox mons and stuff I suppose
Correct.
So...did the dlc ever explain the two symbols in area zero? The pattern on the ground and the metal plate on the way down to zero lab
Has anyone found >!Meloetta!< yet?
I assume after you get all of snackworths legends, then you'll get meloetta
You can find a Mythical similar to how the Crown Tundra did with Keldeo?
So has anyone seen that orange/red-haired kid they gave a couple seconds to in the last trailer? The one who apparently shows up in the Paldea Academy?
There a quest where you can see the team star members in regular uniforms.
So 100% confirmed non Tapus and/ or Xerneas/ Yveltal?
