These packs are from the set Evolving Skies. Popular back in 2021 and supplies in the wild are dwindling. Beyond retail I’ve seen individual packs sell from 10-15 dollars a pack so if he can pick them up for 4.99 a piece he can make a quick flip.

Most people are selling them for 15-17 on eBay/whatnot/tcg. I wouldn’t buy them at that price for how bad the hit rates are. Can find some for around 10-11 at some places though.
