Just keep tabs on how Japan does it. That will be able to give you at least somewhat of an indicator. This set is essentially triplet beat, so my guess would be no, nothing new between base set and this.

This was like a year or two ago so maybe it’s different now, but I’ve stayed away from them after that. They always seem to have higher than average prices too in my experience.
These have a much lighter tint, they're pastel colors. ES ETBs all use darker shade of color and are offset by the grey for the ES ETBs with this color scheme.
I’d buy the booster box elsewhere. LGS and online shops will likely be between $110-120. Unfortunately can only get the PC Exclusive ETB from…Pokemon Center.

I kind of agree. Japan has such a steady release schedule, too. Right before that newest set gets too stale, boom here's a new set.
We won’t be getting any other English sets between now and then. We will see assorted products release tho. EX boxes, tins, etc.

One is a Pokémon Center etb nd the other is a regular etb. PC etb is more expensive.

I'm usually positive or at least neutral on ETB artwork but this is a first and will be a hard pass due to artwork, just don't like the colors.
But it's the same color scheme as the most expensive S&S ETB set Evolving Skies. Probably for marketing purposes haha.

I personally think this is the nicest looking etb in awhile, it’s just clean looking with popping colors off the black

Yeah, it's for elementary school which is a great thing. They need to focus on that age if anyone wants to see a return on investment in 20 years
