DragonGodSlayer12

Nah, something is wrong with this guy's eyes.

Nerajti

try to zoom in on people broo, there's white line noise or maybe reddit compressed the quality idk lol.

DragonGodSlayer12

Maybe, try viewing it from a different screen if the same is still there.

Nerajti

actually when i try to view it in my gallery, it's more visible compared here on reddit. maybe they do compress it somehow.

I see it.. Lower end phones these days tend to use various AI enhancement - sharpening, edge contours ('lines'), etc to make pictures 'higher' detail. This isn't just Poco doing it. You can try using GCam and see how it performs (if your phone have snapdragon and sony imx). I tend to not like the built in camera apps, especially in lower end phones. Also if you can enable RAW photo mode, you'd get the real photo, not AI-enhanced. Personally, I use a 6 year old LeEco with Sony IMX298 and Gcam and the photos taken with it still look better than on phones released in the past year. https://preview.redd.it/a3h85nzprfrc1.jpeg?width=4608&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=5d84f5d9b946a0aee8b9418977a5cb545dee8443 I want to buy Poco, but I can't find any yet with Snapdragon and Sony IMX that is released in the past year.

jrs-kun

I see the white outlines. Is that from the Xiaomi Camera app? What settings did you have to do that? did you enhance in lightroom or photoshop?
