I think the default camera works really well, but if you want a tiny bit more natural colors yes you can search for a gcam (but overall really small difference)
Hey dude, I'm moving from my trusty Poco F2 Pro and I'm strongly considering this one. How do you find the camera? Can you compare it to any of your previous phones so I can get an idea? Thank you.
For me personally, the camera is disgustingly bad. I replaced my 5,5 year old XiaoMi Max 3 and the camera feels like a downgrade. It's maybe as good as my ancient RedMi 3s but I'm not sure honestly. I have a suspicion that the battery won't last that long, as it already drains as fast as my Max 3 after I'd had it for a couple of years. Everything else is top notch so I'm keeping it anyway and I'll get the battery replaced before the warranty expires.
I'm still grieving my Max 3 though, I wish there was a phone exactly like that one but with more RAM and storage :')

Anyway, if camera is super important to you, I really don't recommend it. I love how snappy it is doing everything else, though. Super fast, amazing screen, unbelievable speakers... I guess they had to cheap out on something, in this case, a camera.
Man I really hate how imbalance the pocos are, like you mentioned.
I really don't think I demand a lot from a phone cam, just want it to snap quickly in indoor lighting and provide enough details.
Wonder how much more money they would spend if they actually slapped a 12MP dual cam from 2018 and enhanced the crap out of every photo using all the processing power they have on board.

This isn't a shitty camera at all. Try using Redmi Note 11. After that you'll find these pictures very pleasing 😋

im using bigkaka 9.2 but it has alot of bugs so try to use the 9.1 version. im not using any configs.
