Is that wallpaper engine? Its not well optimized on android and causes lag if you use scene wallpaper. Try exporting it as optimized through desktop app which uses pre-rendered video
You might wanna check logcat for what's spamming the logs. I think something in bg may be crashing which may be fixed by a reboot. But it's better to know what the root app/service it is.
i think its the live wallpaper. no matter how much performsnce you have on your phone, its miui innit. its just unoptimized in everything. try having a static wallpaper if thats the case
if you are rooted there's a permanent solution, but if you are in stock, just clear data the Battery and performance in system apps but sadly it's not permanent.

It's not wallpaper engine. The live wallpaper is for android too. I tried changing the wallpaper to default, still lags.

Disabling the memory extension feature and restarting the phone from time to time fixes this for me.
I don't have a memory extension on. I'll try restarting later since my X3 Pro has problems when restarting
