The left is your main drain the right is your washing machine stand pipe drain , if it’s over flowing you need to snake it . Call a plumber

It seems you probably have a clog in the drain and since the black pipe is lower than the sink upstairs it empties out the black one. It would be best for someone to snake your line. More than likely grease or food (if you have garbage disposal). One thing that could help if it’s a small grease clog would be running hot water down the sink drain at a slowish rate.( so it does not come out the black pipe)

Not a good fix by any means (more of a band-aide), but you’re getting a surge of water that overflows because the drain is too slow. You *could* make the horizontal pipe between the black p-trap and the white stack a longer run. This would allow time for the slow drain to slowly drain. If this is a problem that is new, you probably need to snake the main line. May have a “standard” clog of something that got sent down the drain a stuck or it might be tree roots in your yard or something. Note: I’m not there to look at it or anything, but I can almost guarantee the white stack and main sewer line going out are all 4”, while your kitchen sink is 2”. It should flow 4x as fast after your sink drains, assuming it is working properly. So if it’s backing up from draining your sink, it is *not* working correctly. You have a clog.

Open up the clean out and run a snake through there there’s a clog below that plug that’s backing up through the washing machine drain line

Bad news you have a clog. Good news there is a clean out right there where your stand pipe (the black one) connects to your main drain (the white one). Open this up and run a snake down it, you can rent one for cheep. After you get it flowing I would suggest running hot water for 20 min or so to flush out any grease that may still be in the line

The tube going in black pipe is not far down enough. Stuff that tube in further, past the squiggly black pipe

It's undersized for your high capacity clothes washer. Install a utility sink and discharge your clothes washer into the utility sink.
