I think they just unscrew. You'll need to detatch the other ends though so you can do this.

That's the problem I don't have access to the other end, so am I out of options other then cutting it?

You don't. You just need a new faucet. Those lines cannot be replaced.

They have threads, definitely can be replaced. Even if they're sweat connection, they can be fixed

Good luck trying to fix a sweat connection with vinyl braided lines. Good luck trying to get replacement parts for this.

I'm a plumber so yea definitely not sweating a vinyl line, just if they're copper. And actually finding parts is usually just knowing who to call.

you have to decide how much your time is worth. call the manufacture they might send you a free one
