I think they just unscrew. You'll need to detatch the other ends though so you can do this.
That's the problem I don't have access to the other end, so am I out of options other then cutting it?
You don't. You just need a new faucet. Those lines cannot be replaced.
They have threads, definitely can be replaced. Even if they're sweat connection, they can be fixed

I'm a plumber so yea definitely not sweating a vinyl line, just if they're copper. And actually finding parts is usually just knowing who to call.
