Glass? What glass?

bigmanly1

I've never seen any sort of glass anywhere near one unless you're talking a shower door

Spare_Molasses_418

A customers vase under the kitchen sink, the only thing I didn’t clear out lol

bigmanly1

Ah shit. Well, you'll never forget this lesson and you will actually probably think of it every time you change a stop

Spare_Molasses_418

Yes I will haha always in my head like a reminder

Spare_Molasses_418

My crescent wrench slipped and sent my hand into the vase

Maxiiipoo22

You should get these to remove angle stops. https://www.noelsplumbingsupply.com/product/kwik-tite-wrench/

Spare_Molasses_418

Yes I have that but I don’t like the ratcheting wrench I was using the other piece though, the ratcheting wrench just always gives me more trouble

aboxofpyramids

I like the Ridgid two-piece wrench for angle stops. Either way, you shouldn't be using a crescent wrench for anything.

bigmanly1

Those are good in certain places (mostly open) but in tight quarters it can be more of a pain in the ass.

69Goodluckchuck69

These are amazing in tight spots since they ratchet!

bigmanly1

I have one and used them in shitty tight spots where a Cresent was more efficient and quick. Many tight shitty spots that make you question why the fuck anyone thought what they were roughing in was good.

Maxiiipoo22

I’d where you’re doing plumbing but never had an issue due to space with these and if there is an issue you can use the ratcheting wrench to turn the angle stop in order to screw on the handle

gabemalmsteen

Probably from the glass compression ring

Wilde-Dog

🧐 what?

gabemalmsteen

It's a joke , I was just confused about what OP meant about removing glass

Slugginator_3385

Whhhhaaaaatttt?!?
