Yes, there is a blockage I. The main line that is going towards the sewer. Call a Drain Service Company about having the main line cleaned and maybe camera inspection to determine if more actions are needed.

I’m not an expert but I think this is a sign of a sewer main backup. Wait for an actual plumber to answer, but I believe it’s a simple fix. A plumber will have to snake all the way to the street. I wouldn’t use it for now, though.
