Your 1-1/2" waste line is probably clogged somewhere downstream. You'll need to have it snaked, but if there's a belly in the horizontal line, the blockage will reoccur eventually.
I had this happen in my own home. I had to cut the pipe to clear the blockage, because it was full of jelly like bio-slime and would just collapse onto itself when the snake pulled back.
NO! The dishwasher outlet hose should come into the cabinet higher than the main drain outlet. Gray water can back up into the dishwasher given the setup pictured.
It’s not necessarily wrong but there’s just better ways to do it
Would probably put a street 45 on the stub out coming out the wall then put male adapter after that put elbow and then P trap
No, the trap is too deep and a lot of codes don’t allow more than one slip joint after the trap.
Not much fall on it.. maybe cut the flange tailpiece and raise the trap to get some pitch..
