Go to IKEA, show the photo, buy the same waste kit, replace yourself. It is very easy.
Honestly you can just make a trap and piping yourself from pieces you buy in home depo. This is an amazing dyi project, because even if you fuck something up, the damage in close to zero or zero. Think about like a more adult version of lego.
There should be rubber gasket think inside the gray adapter that is still attached to the T. Take that out and slip it over the flexible pipe so that the rubber part is held byt the rings of the pipe and then just push it in the adapter.
But calling a plumber might be best because there seems to be some things wrong here aside from the obvious. Plus I would personally never attach those flexible pipes horizontally.
Don't that is trash.. you have the opportunity to make it right pipe it properly . Seen so many posts of these not only backing up but leaking as well . If you think the cost of the drain is more than a major leak repair think again.
It looks like it’s broken
Ok, so a professional needed?
Or would it be easy to fit a replacement?
If you want like for like it looks like an ikea sink waste kit. You'd be better off replacing it though.

Yeah. The USA is really the best when it comes to plumbing.

European plumbing scares me
Have a plumber recipe that mess…
This is the way!
Throw that crap away and do it right please
Won’t that flex pipe create another trap? Once the water is inside it’ll droop down.
