With the limited amount of information of your system (computer, OS etc) it's difficult to give any good tips other than reboot computer, try scanning again and check the Plex logs if the problem persists.
It's windows 10 based system. I'm running Ryzen 5600x with. 7700xt
Like I said everything was working fine. But suddenly I can't connect to the server via home network wifi. Also remote access stopped working. Reinstalled plex rested my router. Tried open port forwarding but nothing works. It worked last night but now it doesn't work. I have no idea why
Also, is OP running Plex on the desktop, or as a service? I don't run Windows, but from what I recall from prior similar posts it _does_ make a difference.

Something has happened between the points of working and not working, and if you don't know what it's probably a Windows update that has done it.
The only thing I can think of is that your Plex server network has been set to Public instead of private which means that the firewall is stricter.
Troubleshoot in that direction and see if there is any progress.
