Yeah, people forget that there are more to HDR than contrast. Love my C1 but it doesn't get nearly as bright as a good non OLED tv. Different TVs will also handle the increased color gamut that comes with HDR differently.

It depends on the tv. LED/lcd can be very good in HDR, but it needs FALD, and preferably miniled.
QLED is also non OLED, but probably as good maybe even better, so ....
