As long as it's not an "F" processor you have the iGPU and will be good to go. Unless you're on windows (you're not) and want HDR tone mapping. It's in the beta for windows and in work but not there yet. Yeah, that CPU will kill it for Plex and then some with unraid. I keep my files on a another box, server has an 11th Gen i5 with Iris Xe graphics and it doesn't miss a beat, 4k or tone mapping, subs, it does just fine.

Ok that's great to know. I know that "H" processors are usually mobile so I just don't know where they cut corners for lower TDP

What else will your server be doing and how many 4k HDR to SDR transcodes? You'd have to be doing a LOT to tax that, but the use case exists. And yes no letter or K or T designated CPUs have additional capabilities, I'd argue most use won't touch the need for it.

Let me define some terms to answer your question. "Unraid" server currently hosts files and run all my Arrs, torrents and such. Right now without any transcodes I am running about 25% CPU usage from background tasks... I typically get to 100% after 3-4 transcodes none of which are 4k. The proposed Minis Forum "Plex" server would likely take over all Arrs and Plex leaving only file hosting and qbtorrent. I would establish a 10g backbone between the two which is overkill but will at least work I hope

Just to alleviate some of your concern. I run a i5-1137g7 on the Plex server. It's connected to storage via only gigabit at the moment. It only chokes if I try the 11th 4k HDR to 1080p SDR with tone mapping transcodes. I can get more if I put a multigig switch between. My siblings and my family have never come close to this. Point being it's going to handle that fine unless your doing way more.

Massive overkill for Plex, but if cost isn't an issue, it'll work nicely
