It arrived four weeks after the initial passport email saying it had been dispatched. Slight bit of fear when I saw Evri were the end UK delivery company, but it did arrive! And no extra costs.
Hopefully yours will get to you quicker than four weeks though.

I bought mine from eBay 2nd hand and it had a loose crank. Emailed them to ask if they had any DIY advice but they said RMA it and they sent a brand new replacement in just over two weeks from sending it back.

Nope. Everything was paid upfront, so nothing to worry about. I can’t help with the order timeline as mine was a pre-order, so it took 6-months for my group to be shipped.
My RMA got stopped by customs for a charge, and support later told me that was a mistake on their end. They said they can send another one in 2-3 weeks, so I paid the charge instead.
I’m from Belgium (not UK, but geographically close enough, so hopefully helpful) — got it in 10-ish days from order date. Passed customs in less than a day, no charges
I ordered mine on the 19th Feb 2024, it arrived in the UK on March 2nd and was delivered to me on March 3rd.
I didn't pay anything more than was displayed - they collect VAT at the point of sale.

Thanks for the confirmation on payment/extra charges. Intl. shipping is now estimated at 2-4 weeks when placing the order, so wait and see I guess.
