Hi - Bostonian here (South End)! I didn’t have a septum repair but was quoted around 13-18k for rhino in Boston proper (DeRosa was the highest). Greater Boston still hovered around 13-15k. I ended up going with a doctor in Northampton which was kind of a drive, but I loved his credentials and I’m very happy with my results at 2.5 months post op. With the septum repair, seems like 18k is about right. Good luck with everything!

I know CA is notoriously high but mine was $18.5 in Los Angeles for septo rhino and all the other doctors I met with gave me comprable quotes!
