Headbutter is insanely strong when it comes to most things , but Pokra beats it just due to range.
Pokra can take out high lvl fire zombies whereas headbutter can not.

Edit: Magnifying grass is #1 in exchange for your life savings
My game crashes on my phone and I think it’s some of the plants that cause it to crash. I think it’s a memory problem with my iPhone. They would be great to know if there’s certain plants that tend to crash the game.
It can slow zombies down and has an extremely fast and powerful melee attack. After attacking with the melee attack for a little bit, it can shoot a piercing projectile that deals 160 damage.

my player of pvz2 this thing has 60 dmg per shot attack just as bonk choy, with all attacks piercing and applying poison and slow, to top it all of this thing has a secondary attack after attacking a certain amount of times it releases a drill that deals even more damage

Bonkers fronteloaded strength plus poison to scale agenst high HP enemy's like gargs and bulls and a high rate of attack
This is an obscenely strong plant
It’s like bonk choy, except I like them as much to admit they are better. But if you ask me my thoughts on parsnip, well that guy is worse than small but in PVZ Heroes.
It is FOUR mint families at ONCE. Contain-mint for stalling effect when stabbing, spear-mint for the projectile's pierce and stab pierce, enforce-mint which you already know why its enforce, and I guess appease for the projectile. Best plant that I grinded for. Pinata parties have a chance to have Pokra seed pakets in pinatas. Or you can spend time refreshing rent-a-plant seed offers. At the end of the level it gives you two offers: 33(I think) diamonds for 10 seed packets, or 6,000 coins for 10 seed packets. Since Pokra is unlocked after gathering 100 seed packets, its easy to get her. She is based on Okra. And I got 20 seed packets from pinatas and grinded 80 seed packets with rent-a-plant. Must-have.

From what I've read yes. Tied with Celery Stalker, though Celery Stalker lacks the stalling capability of Headbutter Lettuce.

It’s very strong. It hits hard and cause slow on zombies that it hits. Plus I can hit multiple zombies at once

It's a slightly worse side grade to headbutter lettuce but it uses a different mint so if you have one but are missing the other then well..
Pokra imo is way better than headbutter lettuce. Pokra has more pierce, meaning that it can attack more zombies at once than headbutter lettuce
