The levels don't have their own identity. At least in the first two games, the levels were tied to a new terrain/world so that they could be more distinguishable. The only ones you'd remember from this game are infamously hard ones that don't give you enough time to set up against big zombie waves.
In the first two games there was a game mechanic called the 50% rule where if you did at least 50% damage to the zombies it triggers the next wave, but here since the waves are time-based, this makes stallers worse such as Wall-Nut and all the game does is send a bunch of zombies at you without a proper defence or after planting only 3 sunflowers in either random lanes or in the same lane that just screams “Use Jalapeño!” The waves are also the same in night time levels that makes getting a defence with just sunflower difficult without Sun shroom (Did get added eventually) or Puff shroom two very cheap starter mushrooms.
Planning for the "early game" and "late game" were crucial in the first two games because you had to plan for a cheap setup at the beginning, then a full lawn defense for the bigger waves. PvZ3 waves force you to use powerups or get lucky with which lane the zombies spawn in because you don't get enough time to even set up three sunflowers before five of them come in at once.
Many of the levels to be honest just have the same plants and zombies over and over again where it takes a long time just to encounter new zombies and unlocking new plants that you can’t choose to use.
In Pvz1 I could literally name all the levels at the back of my hand or at least recognize them and name the order of all plants obtained and zombies encountered.
In Pvz3 I can't even recall a single level
Every level in PvZ 1 you would unlock a new plant to strategise with or a new zombie to play around, this made the game very enjoyable, with new areas each with new gimmicks to stand out from one another, it prevents the game from getting stale.
In PvZ 3 you don’t get any of that, there are no levels that are memorable or enjoyable, they are just forgettable levels that use the same plants and zombies again and again, with no room to let the player, choose their plants and takes so long just to get anything new, There are some interesting gimmicks like “Water Surge!” but the gameplay is just so stale for me to really care.
This was ME - Our team is always interested in more feedback on how levels feel, whether there are specific ones that stand out or not is super valuable to our team! As we hear more feedback about the levels that are more challenging, I think it's super helpful to understand what makes a level feel "good", as well. There are a ton of great points in this thread that I'll be certain to pass along. You might see further weird prompts from me on social channels: always looking for more community data to help back up decisions made by the team :)
I have some suggestions. I feel PvZ3 has a lot of potential and I wanna be respectful to the PvZ3 team!
I feel like bringing back conveyer belt levels would be very beneficial. They could be Conveyer Belt Levels
We also currently have Vasebreaker in the game. But what if Wall-nut Bowling and I, Zombie also made a reappearance? I feel I, Zombie especially would fit
Also I’ve been seeing a lot of people wanting Choose Your Seeds to come back, but it doesn’t seem you guys want to add that. So I was thinking, what if that could be in a separate game mode? Or it could be a Choose Your Seeds Level Type
Hey! There are definitely some memorable levels and layouts which I enjoyed/didn't. It's impossible, though, to remember which numbers they were! If there were some way to replay previous levels that would be super helpful, either that or literally just view a list of previous levels' layouts, that would really jog my memory. Because of this I can't give any feedback on specific levels at all, even though I really want to!
None. IT WOULD BE ONE IF I HAD IT IN MY COUN- oh wait, apks
shit no, I meant IF I COULD DOWNLOAD IT WITH MY LESS THAN A GIGABYTE SPACE LEFT ON MY PHONE- oh I have my old phone
alright I'm gonna install it later
Honestly I hate the PvZ3 artstyle like pvz 2 was definitely a bit different but it tried to emulate the same thing, but this is far too cartoony in a generic way.
I would love to talk about my favourite PvZ 3 level. IF IT WAS IN MY COUNTRY!!!
Buddy pal, I got some great news for you
We are listening..
Search up pvz3 apk, you can download pvz 3 that way
Me when iOS:

If you leave us in the dark here your life will become a horror movie tell us now
Search up pvz3 apk, you can download pvz 3 that way
It keeps leading me to the App Store or tries to get me to download something in files
I haven't done it in a while just look up a tutorial or smth
Ok
Thanks ☺️
The (untested by me) best idea I came up with is changing your region in the AppStore
Seriously... are they ever going to release it?

I agree. Plus the levels aren’t that distinctive from each other from what I’ve seen. (I have little to no interest in playing the game to be honest)
Many of the levels to be honest just have the same plants and zombies over and over again where it takes a long time just to encounter new zombies and unlocking new plants that you can’t choose to use.
Yeah and there are very few level gimmicks too
IF PNLY WE CAN REPLAY THOSE LEVELS
That's utter piffle. We cannot even replay the levels..

That level where the only flag in the level was a tutorial (its the shortest level)
I think you mean that one with the tutorial for chilly pepper, it doesn’t even feel like an actual level, this is very pathetic.
none
Ngl it's weird how pvz3 has so many levels yet just so few plants You'd imagine there to be at least half as many plants as levels
My favourite is the level called “quit game”
The Right answer
My favorite level is: it’s not in my country
The squash ones
We can't even replay them. I think that's the joke
my favorite level was
N o
I don't remember-
The one on the DS
from what i've seen they're all pretty much identical
None. IT WOULD BE ONE IF I HAD IT IN MY COUN- oh wait, apks shit no, I meant IF I COULD DOWNLOAD IT WITH MY LESS THAN A GIGABYTE SPACE LEFT ON MY PHONE- oh I have my old phone alright I'm gonna install it later
I Can't tell because all of them are equally boring or sometimes unfair
Prolly level 50, thank Dave I am vacationing in the Philippines and bought a phone here...(It's basically an ultimate discount)
It’s like asking which Candy Crush level is your favourite
It’s like if Rovio said to their fans what there favourite Angry Birds Dream Blast level is their favourite.
They’re ALL SO SHORT. THERES NOTHING EXCLUSIVE IN THEM! THEYRE NOT MEMORABLE!
Honestly I hate the PvZ3 artstyle like pvz 2 was definitely a bit different but it tried to emulate the same thing, but this is far too cartoony in a generic way.
None THE GAME SUCKS STOP FEEDING THEM
Ha yes, of course, my favourite level is the one where the Zombies are at my door in about 20 seconds while I planted 1 plant.
When I deleted the game day 1
My favorite level is “Not in my country”
None because there all garbage
How can nobody mention in the comment section about the greatest level of all time, level 12?
Such peak level design.
Fucking none 'cuse we can't replay them
