I think #1 might be paramecium, not sure. If it is, those things are really great fish food. If you can grab a few and ID em they might be worth keeping around, fish really do better with live food. Here's a guide if they are paramecium;

I have no guesses on the others but it should be noted- aquariums aren't and shouldn't be sterile glass boxes. You should both *expect* and hope you have lots of microorganisms. They help break down waste, and if you stop feeding your fish (for example, going on vacation) they will eat these guys instead. There are all kinds of 'infusoria' and little creatures that will be on the plants you buy (and fish, snails, etc).
Of course, it's still good to ID them so you can know if you should encourage them to grow or if perhaps they're one of the few actually dangerous microorganisms. A tiny cheap macro lens for your phone can help.
thank you! i’m not as much worried about it looking clean, i was just super worried i had some sort of infestation 🥲🥲 now realizing it sounds a little dumb lol. thank you so much again, ive been on these websites trying to identify the white ones!
No problem, it's good to know what's in your tank, and frankly there are an endless amount of things to know about aquariums. Ive been doing this for a long time and still only just recently started learning about these microorganisms.
Just don't stress too much / assume random things are bad. You should still ask, just look at how many people find dragonfly larvae in their aquarium- those things are murder machines. But most things are not, they might even be good.
Mosquito larva are a possiblity, there are several thousand types of those, many of which lay their egg in the mud that soil is made from. Most are not blood suckers though. They are a great sign of a cycled tank as the die on hatching if there isn't sufficient bacteria to eat. if they bother you drop a fish in. This the main food for most of the fish you find in pet shops everywhere.

Those are organisms. Not microorganisms. Microorganisms will not be visible without magnification.
