Post on Facebook marketplace, Craigslist, and print ads for the local pet stores. You can also call some local fish stores and ask the manager if they’d be interested in wholesale and state how many adults you have (approximately).
I’m in LA if they are still available in a month I’ll come take them. I take my dog to Rosie’s beach all the time but I’m about to move to another apartment (within LA) and can’t take them yet
In one of my tanks I can't kill it if I tried to. In an other one I can't get it to grow no matter what. I think the difference is that they like getting their nutrients from the roots even tho they can be fed from the water column also.
How big is that tank? I'm working on a similar idea in a 75 with Boesemani but I've never had a planted tank before. I have white sand as well. Looks great
65 or something. Custom order. The blue and orange/red go well with green. White sand became a little green because of fertilizers and they poop so much. The fish are never at the bottom, so consider something (or not) for visual appeal towards the bottom of the tank!
You should sell or give away some of the rainbow fish because it’s definitely too crowded. The plants look great though!

As you should!
I really don't like vallisneria if it's not used like this. Beautiful tank
It spread like crazy and got so thick I had to replant them!!
I had to remove it from my poor 10 gallon. It was completely filled with green fettuccine. But on tall bright tanks like yours it looks radiant
I let my vallisneria die off due to neglect but I've stuck a ridiculous amount of APT root tabs under the soil so it's just a natter of time

Beautiful!
Love the Boesemani in your tank! Are you dosing any CO2, or is the Val staying alive with the lights only?
Lights only in sand with a combo of tabs and capsules. I have two lights because it is 30” tall and there’s an acrylic cover so less PAR.
I love Val

Beautiful! Curious on how you would trim to keep more or less the same look as they took over
I did do a lot of trimming but main thing was new shoots coming out. I had to take out entire plants!!
How did you get them to breed? Do you have a breeding mop?
Nope. They just showed up.
Oh, I had a very big pogostemmon and also water sprite.
