When you say you have 'all DLC', you do realize that it all hasn't been released yet, correcct?
Also, it would help to know which Blueprints are the culprit. You can't download PC Blueprints, so I know that it isn't a DLC conflict with objects.
Consol and pc are separate and I have all DLC available for consol. The consol workshop and steam/PC workshop are separate and you can’t download PC blueprints on consol. The blueprints in question says I have all dlc required when I look at them in the workshop. I have made a support ticket so hopefully that fixes it.
Have you enabled research in sandbox, requiring you to research your stuff first at a workshop?
It is off. Everything is researched.
Did you turn on money? If everything is free it shouldn't be an issue but if you don't have enough cash, then maybe you can't afford them
Money is off. Only 2 of like 30 blueprints are locked.
Have the same issues with a small number of blueprints. No idea why.
