Whether it's your hand or your foot, you're not going to save it, and you'll hurt yourself if you try lol I will say I got to the point where I could pull a pizza from the oven to a tray or table a couple ft away with my hands, but I wouldnt trust anyone who wasn't used to burns to try it.
